Dr. Lucas explains what he is going to do, there is little to no wait time, and he is just a great guy that happens to be a great dentist. With Dr. Lucas and his assistant's demeanor, I'd also highly recommend him for children. Also, if you are a person that is concerned about dentists using possible toxic materials in their teeth. Rest easy. Dr. Lucas uses none of that stuff. I love his staff as well! Shout out to Miss Faye who has cleaned my teeth my entire life. She watched me grow up, and I love her to pieces. I highly recommend him and his staff 100 percent for all ages!

Also for all the insurance money they collect they dont inform you owe co payments until you're a hundred dollars in the hole. They dismiss you when you get Covid and cant make a couple appointments. They send the wrong medication to the pharmacy always gel instead of the pills you needed. Their management is a jerk. For both this location and Waycross. Wait times are terribly long when I found a clinic that im glad gives me my meds without so many questions, hassle and tried degree. They never sent the referrals me and my kid needed or helped me sleep after months trying to get somewhere they kept were no help. The nurse talks to much for Katy all about herself. News flash we are here for our concerns not yours. I'm glad youre wealthy and can afford brand new clothes. Nobody cares. They make you wait god awfully long and do very little. They don't want to do any testing unless you beg. Their Indian dr sucks too. Katy Perritt is always in a hurry. Rushes in and out to the next. She doesn't give a crap about her patients.

On the wax try in "Dr." Crummey made some marks and scanned it again. The permanent one came in with 2 extra teeth. It is too big and too long causing me sinus issues. After arguing with Crummey, I was passed over to "Dr." Ty Bennet (who has about 5 yrs of experience), he solution was to reline it. Of course it is still too big and too long since it still has the 2 extra teeth. Their solution was to dismiss me, when it should have been remade. They don't stand behind their work!! They only care about making money! The horrible lab they use charges them $129 to make the denture. They robbed me of $1800 for something that can't be worn. AVOID THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!
