The fillings they did were deep, poorly done, and left me in constant pain that I never had before walking through their doors. Instead of helping me, their work created new problems that I'm now stuck trying to fix somewhere else -- and paying for all over again. What hurts the most is how little care or urgency they showed when I tried to tell them something wasn't right. I felt brushed off, unheard, and completely unsupported. Dealing with dental pain is scary enough, but dealing with it because of someone else's careless work is even worse. I'm frustrated, I'm disappointed, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. I strongly do not recommend Parkville Family Dentistry. Please save yourself the stress, money, and pain and go somewhere that actually values their patients' well-being.

I was so comfortable, and that says a lot for a dentist as well. I like that they also have TV's on the ceiling so while they are cleaning your teeth, you can watch TV lol. At my follow up, my teeth were cleaned, the hygienist was super nice, I set a six month appointment and that was that. I had my new dental establishment. Fast forward to December, my appointment gets cancelled. It is rescheduled for January. I can't make that one so I reschedule. That one gets cancelled. I put appointments on the back burner for two months. I then call, set up another appointment, and that gets cancelled. Finally I am able to go to an appointment in May that isn't cancelled. I tell them I haven't had a cleaning since the prior summer. They take measurements of my gums and tell me I will have to return for my cleaning. What!??? Just clean my teeth please. The kicker is, when I go to check out, I'm told I need a deep cleaning and with insurance it will run me about $3,000. Uh, no thank you. I went somewhere else, somewhere that does not accept my insurance, and had X-rays, a cleaning, a super communicative and pleasant hygienist and dentist face time all in one visit. And, are you ready for this, it cost me so much less than what Aspen wanted to charge me. Sorry Aspen, I'm out.
