Inevitably, you go in looking for something specific but end up stumbling upon other options that you like too. Our associate, John, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They won't even investigate if their UPS account was hacked by someone, which leads me to believe that they are aware of it and protecting the person. They are thieves. I'm so angry still. I let him know I was literally walking out the door but he insisted it would only take a few minutes and he was down the road from the house. I agreed and he came by the house and took measurements and of course I was late to my appointment. He then asked when would be the best time to meet at the show room so we can go over everything. Again, we agreed to 1130 am on Saturday June 15 to meet at 10574 King William Drive, Dallas TX which is about 1 hour 15 minute drive for my wife and I. (Strike two) As we were on our way to the showroom, I text Saul at about 11 am to let him know we were on our way and then we received a text back from him saying he was at a funeral and couldn't make it but to ask for Julio and he would take care of us. (Strike three) Once we arrived, we walk up the stairs and entered the office. No one was at the reception desk and another guy had to come out of his office to greet us. He had no idea who we were and was not expecting us. Once I told him everything that was going on, He told me Julio was not available, which at this point, I don't even know if he even worked here but someone else could help us. This is when Saul text me again and told me to talk to Azareth and they would take care of us. At this point, it was a little too late and we decided to walk out and not listen to what they offered. When it comes to my time and my money, I expect contactors to be on time and organized, all of which was not done with Saul or KIVE Stone.

They are up front about the maintenance of each stone, durability and best fit for what you are looking for. They give you all of the information necessary to make an informed decision to ensure you will be happy with your decision. They move the slabs around for you so you can compare them side-by-side when narrowing down your selection. I highly recommend Kiva Stone. Ask for Nate.

When I took the unused tile to the store, I was told I had to take it to the north Dallas distribution store, and only full boxes with the lot number on it was accepted. They over estimated $1000 worth of tile. That's about 30%. That alone is crazy, but then they didn't take back any partial boxes ? A couple of the employees had good customer service skills after the sale, but most did not. They were pretty good during the purchasing process, however, once you paid they were rude. I had to expedite shipping from New Jersey for extra trim pieces to finish our project by the end of the week. They said I would have them in 2 days. I got them 4 days later, which put our project off another several days because they arrived on the weekend. They told me "it's on your receipt" that they didn't take partial boxes. When I reminded them I didn't get a receipt until after I paid, I was told it's also on the email. Again, I didn't get an email until after I paid, plus they changed their policy regarding partial boxes recently. Too late for me, but maybe not for you. We have two more projects to go, but they will NOT be getting our business.

We went towards closing time on a Saturday evening but received top notch service from Skylar and TJ. We were looking for backsplash ideas for our new kitchen and had a few ideas in our head but they showed us their selection and really brought the ideas to life. We weren't rushed or ordering anything that day which was appreciated on our side. I will definitely come here next time I have a home project and need some creative inspiration!
