To accommodate that process they set up a scheme to fund your account by sending a "support" package. That consisted of 2 packs of checks for a legitimate company from a legitimate credit union but with your home address. They immediately ask you to take a picture of a blank check and send it back to them. When I refused they threatened legal action. Complete scam, they meet your resistance with threats and pressure. They have a fairly intelligent woman who took my call and answered all my questions. Then comes the bad. They assigned me to someone who doesn't appear to know what he's doing :( THE PROS: They set up a PPC for you that you can actually see what they are doing. They appear to have gone though a bit of work to set it up. THE CONS: they don't know what they are doing!What they did was setup a cookie cutter template. Their content on our optimization is minimal a best. They do no alt tags for pics page titles are poor etc etc. the guys that make offers from India have done me better in the past... It appears that although they did go through some lengths to set up a campaign, this is pox per instructions you can find on the internet, through the course of the campaign, little to no "effective" optimization has happned. I used a mom and pop PPC place before and got better results for dollars spent. It looks ill consider that again except problem there was they used their PPC google campaign. Guess i need to find something in the middle. Overall nice customer service, they try to work hard for you, just hope you don't get placed with a new guy like me or you'll waste your time and money.

I needed a website built and maintained and found them through an inquiry I made with Wix. Service started out ok, but I felt like I had to explain things over and over and the results I got were still off base. I should've known better based on the minor things they worked on previously than to inquire about them starting a huge project for me, but I really needed it for my company. Rather than be honest about the difficulties of my request and giving me reasonable time lines, they over promised and under performed. It's now been seven months, hours an hours of trying to explain and get them to realize what I wanted and hours of them asking me to test something they should be able to do on their own. I finally got frustrated enough to ask to scrap the project pull the feature from our site completely and refund the project. It took 5 to 6 times asking repeatedly to remove the feature and give up the project. Their response has been catty and has insinuated I'm impatient and unappeasable. I'm stuck with them serving my site for the remainder of my two year contract because they will not update me as the owner until the two year period ends or having someone else rebuild a completely new site as my business cannot function without a site. lucky me! Don't get fooled into using these folks the low monthly fee sounds to good to be true and it is.
