I called the office immediately to reschedule. The Lady at the office told me that the hygienist would not be in the building that day. She gave me appointment for Monday, May 9th at 10AM. So, I arrive for the scheduled appointment and the lady behind the counter tells me my appointment is for 2:40 PM. She told me that I received a text message telling me the appointment and time scheduled. She also said that another text message would be sent to my phone 1-hour before the scheduled 2:40 appointment None of the text messages happened except for the one on Thursday canceling my appointment. The Lady behind the desk did not tell me she would fit me in, try to resolve the time spent driving to the appointment or apologize for the mistake someone made. She did not know who told me I had a scheduled appointment for 10AM. When I asked about how many hygienists' they have there she told me 3. Frustrated in Earleville.

She came in, looked at my mouth and didn't explain anything as to why they said I have a few cavities to get filled. I thought that was odd since the hygienist said my teeth looked great and I have good hygiene. I really think that they say you have cavities since it's a money maker or maybe tell you to get fillings before you actually need them. Needless to say, I'll be going elsewhere as I've been to dentists before that have done this as a money maker.
