Disappointing experience with VARC Solutions for IES migration. We were very disappointed with VARC's knowledge, communication, and overall support throughout our IES migration. While the pre‑migration and initial migration went smoothly, there were scheduling mix‑ups despite clear communication, and post‑migration support was extremely limited. Our consultant was OOO, responses were slow or ignored, availability was minimal, and we had to push repeatedly just to get any response or to schedule the included post‑migration support hours. An especially frustrating part of the experience was the communication structure. Nearly everything had to go through the office lead, which made it feel like we couldn't communicate directly with our assigned consultant. When we tried, the office lead would respond instead -- often misunderstanding our questions and providing answers that didn't address the issue. Her demeanor was consistently off‑putting and unpleasant, especially on calls, and we often found ourselves asking, "Who's the client here?" Despite several clear emails confirming our migration date, she was expecting our file nearly two full days ahead of the scheduled date, and we had to remind her -- with attached email threads -- that she had the date wrong. Most of the guidance we received was "I don't know, I'll look into it" or "that's on Intuit," and follow‑up only happened after repeated requests. For the high cost of their service, the level of expertise, attention, and follow‑through fell far short of expectations. When our consultant returned from OOO, there was no follow‑up on the issues we had discussed, and no one from VARC checked in on our open items or overall experience. We ultimately hired another consulting firm that was far more knowledgeable, responsive, and able to resolve issues VARC could not or did not. Based on our experience, we would not recommend VARC for IES consulting or migration support. read more

We have been the benefactor of Varc Solutions excellent service for almost 4 years. Working with them has been a partnership, a seamless integration between our organization and theirs. When we have been in need of assistance it has been no different then if I contacted my internal IT department for help. All requests for development, updates, corrections are and have been handled in real time, including our recent projects of adding more automation to our Quickbase tables. Would recommend Varc Solutions to any size organization as they truly work with their customers to solve problems and provide solutions. We would not be the company we are with the opportunities in front of us without the helping hand of the folks at Varc Solutions. Highly recommend and personal shout to Annette Banks who has been amazing to work with for almost 4 years. She's makes the impossible possible. read more

Nancy is the Best help you can get!! So very knowledgeable on ANY THING I throw at her. So very helpful in any aspect of QuickBooks. Also does her work with complete courtesy and so VERY patient. Have worked with a lot of people over the years and she is tops period!! Even though at times I feel a bother, she is just patient and pleasant. It is a real comfort to know she is just a phone call away. My praises to her first, but with each of the girls who I have worked with on various jobs they are great. A wonder lady who owns that business also has the knowledge to pick the best people. Thank you . I would give them a 10 at least and that is rare, as I very rarely ever do that. I cant say enough about Varc and the Book Keeping team. We were with Varc for a few years and anytime I needed assistance with my books, they were available to me. This past year, at the request of our Accountant, we switched book keeping services to our Accountants in-house book keeping to make the whole process more "seamless". After giving that a try for 8 months, we came running back to Varc. In two days time, they caught our books up to speed (and accurately), for the entire year, in a way it hadn't been done in 8 months. Their professionalism, their responsiveness, their experience, is the best in the business. I know that now without a DOUBT. Very grateful for the staff at Varc read more

Our relationship with VARC was born from the need for a QuickBooks bookkeeping solution. My banker referred Robin Hall and VARC Solutions. After the very first meeting, it was obvious that the relationship would be transformational. Not only are our bookkeeping professionals Angie & Kisa helpful, knowledgeable, and timely, they have become trusted advisors. As the relationship grew, VARC has helped us revamped our website and streamline our CRM work flow and back office processes. I can't recommend Robin and the team at VARC Solutions enough. Thank you so much for taking care of Kinsey Management. read more

I started out having VARC Solutions do data entree for a smaller real estate business I was running on the side. After a few years I had gained so much confidence in their ability I had them transfer my parent company over to quickbooks including payroll and it has been a big time saver for us. I seriously can not say enough good about what this company has done for me and the people I have referred to them that also use them now. Thank You VARC read more

We have been using VARC for many years now. We have recently requested some major upgrades to our inventory and fulfillment management system, and no task is impossible for VARC! Annette specifically has been extremely helpful and patient while we work through these advancements. She is sure to answer every question we have and also trains us on how to utilize the system better as we go. Annette is always a phone call away if needed. read more

For 34 years we hired a payroll service to handle our payroll. This year we decided to take it on ourselves since we already use QB. VARC was recommended to get us setup and trained. What a great recommendation that was! The transition into doing our own payroll was smooth and easy. They are very personable and professional!! I highly recommend them! read more
