The special treats right when you walk in is the sweetest touch. The lemonade and cookies are amazing! Most of all though are the extraordinary people who work there. They are all so knowledgeable, patient beyond words, witty, and genuine. I have been in several times with questions and they always carefully recommend the best item for me. I love the vibe, and the personal attention they give to every shopper. I am here to tell you, that you will not meet nicer people! The whole experience is like visiting friends! The gun is working very well now. They took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed all my concerns including adequate testing of the fix. The only negative, and I want to stress it is caused by factors beyond their control, is the long time it took to get repaired. Basically, warranty work in Canada from the big manufacturers will result in very long delays, because they (the manufacturers) provide very few warranty service centres, don't seem to stock many parts in Canada, and have a very cumbersome system to get parts into Canada. Basically, if you need warranty repairs on your shotgun, you will lose a season waiting to get it repaired.
