Located right next to Wild Ramen on Western Center is VaporSalon. A well-run, family operated place that has a cool hangout environment in front and everything to take care of your vaping needs in the back. Their signature flavor is CloudWalker, a danish butter cookie juice that is super addicting! They also make variations of mixed flavors with CloudWalker as the base note, the Tiger's Blood one is yummy! Their most premium juice is barrel aged to perfection (3+ weeks) in a Vanilla Bourbon soaked, solid charred oak whiskey barrel. The complexities this gives the juice is something you just need to experience for yourself. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! We have ran into a few issues and they were more than willing to rectify the situation, ensuring we walk out happy campers. I shop here for all my vape products. Lacy is the BEST! We have great discussions on any topic. When news stories came out about kids getting sick vaping Lacy was very knowledgeable. I have high confidence the juices they sell are the highest quality ingredients. I've gone into other shops asking what's in their juice and they don't know, they just sell. Just wanted to update my review for VaporSalon since I've been a customer here for a couple of years now. Seriously, the VaporSalon staff feels like family now, always so friendly and Troy and Emily the owners go above and beyond to give not only great customer service but a product that I can say with confidence is the best out there. They are so committed to the quality of their juice that they're the only ones who prepare it and I seriously appreciate their dedication! Their premium barrel aged Cloudwalker e-juice simply can't be beat. I recently tried a friend's e-juice from another store and while it was good in its own way (always fun to try a new flavor!) I was so happy to go back to my usual juice from VaporSalon (a peach flavored variant of their original Cloudwalker). Having a side-by-side comparison made me appreciate the quality of their product even more. If you're a regular customer like my husband and I, you can ask to have a standing order prepared so every time you walk in they've already got your juice ready. I end up chatting a bit anyway if they're not too busy but it's so nice if I'm in a hurry to just run in and grab my juice and go. I'd only recommend this for someone who always orders the same thing and I think they only offer it to a customer if that's the case anyway. Vape juice tasted nothing like what was advertised. Bought 3 flavors in my first trip there. I called about the issue and was told that I was wrong and there was nothing they would do to address my issue. Paul was no help at all. Great selection, comfortable atmosphere, knowledgeable and excellent customer service. I have other stores that are closer but this store is worth the drive for me. Very very very disappointed with this shop. I shop here all the time. I had a coil put in by Paul who is always very friendly. I came back to buy more juice and buy another coil and now my tank won't come off and I haven't touched the coil since it was put in the last time I was there. They basically told me I'm SOL, there's no warranty. So even if their employees work on your stuff and break it they aren't willing to help you in anyway or offer to fix it. The customer service is awesome, nothing to complain about there. The flavors are all pretty good. It does seem like most of their premium flavors are based off of one juice. Don't get me wrong they're all good to me, but someone else might disagree. Also, whenever I go in it almost seems like something is out of stock. It's never messed with my purchase plans. Worst shop in DFW. They over nic their juice and rip you off. The guy that was there today couldn't put his phone down long enough to even look at me when I came in with a question about my box mod. Then he went in the back and told the girl that was working to tell me something completely incorrect about what was wrong with my box, which I then went and got fixed at a different shop. Didn't want to give me the time of day or have any interest in helping me when I came in. Would have been willing to spend money to get my box fixed and/or buy a new one, but instead I went elsewhere. They lost a good customer today, and I will make it a point to tell everyone I know to not ever go there. Don't see them being open much longer with the way he's running things. Don't waste your time or money when there's much better juices and shops around, with actual customer service. read more
