I've been to a lot of vapor stores over the years. Been coming to this one almost exclusively for the past three years. They have the best quality products, always have what I want in stock, and they're friendly and efficient. Great prices too -- I just got 3x60 ml bottles for $43 and change. Appreciate the service, love you guys! read more

This is Jon G. and I's go-to vape store! Great selection of juices in every tier, from regular to premium to our favorite, barrel aged! Located right next to Wild Ramen on Western Center is VaporSalon. A well-run, family operated place that has a cool hangout environment in front and everything to take care of your vaping needs in the back. Their signature flavor is CloudWalker, a danish butter cookie juice that is super addicting! They also make variations of mixed flavors with CloudWalker as the base note, the Tiger's Blood one is yummy! Their most premium juice is barrel aged to perfection (3+ weeks) in a Vanilla Bourbon soaked, solid charred oak whiskey barrel. The complexities this gives the juice is something you just need to experience for yourself. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! We have ran into a few issues and they were more than willing to rectify the situation, ensuring we walk out happy campers. Definitely worth a visit if you are a Vape enthusiast or just starting out. read more

I shop here for all my vape products. Lacy is the BEST! We have great discussions on any topic. When news stories came out about kids getting sick vaping Lacy was very knowledgeable. I have high confidence the juices they sell are the highest quality ingredients. I've gone into other shops asking what's in their juice and they don't know, they just sell. They are open later than most shops, I stop by after work. read more

Just wanted to update my review for VaporSalon since I've been a customer here for a couple of years now. Seriously, the VaporSalon staff feels like family now, always so friendly and Troy and Emily the owners go above and beyond to give not only great customer service but a product that I can say with confidence is the best out there. They are so committed to the quality of their juice that they're the only ones who prepare it and I seriously appreciate their dedication! Their premium barrel aged Cloudwalker e-juice simply can't be beat. I recently tried a friend's e-juice from another store and while it was good in its own way (always fun to try a new flavor!) I was so happy to go back to my usual juice from VaporSalon (a peach flavored variant of their original Cloudwalker). Having a side-by-side comparison made me appreciate the quality of their product even more. If you're a regular customer like my husband and I, you can ask to have a standing order prepared so every time you walk in they've already got your juice ready. I end up chatting a bit anyway if they're not too busy but it's so nice if I'm in a hurry to just run in and grab my juice and go. I'd only recommend this for someone who always orders the same thing and I think they only offer it to a customer if that's the case anyway. If you're curious about vaping or just want to find a place that consistently has amazing e-juice and a wide selection of flavors and mods give VaporSalon a try. You won't be disappointed. read more

Vape juice tasted nothing like what was advertised. Bought 3 flavors in my first trip there. I called about the issue and was told that I was wrong and there was nothing they would do to address my issue. Paul was no help at all. Not only will I not return I strongly suggest not wasting your money here. read more

The customer is always good, but the vape juice is bad. Maybe I'm getting a bad batch or something but I have had to use the cape juice I bought there as a back up a couple of times now. Too bad, they're super nice read more

Great customer service! The prices are great and the flavors are great. Best in Fort Worth! read more

I've been coming here for almost two years, I have never had a bad experience here. I bought all my hardware and juice from this place since i quit smoking. I would like to point out the excellent staff like Lacey and Paul. The service is hands down the best. I recommend coming here as your one stop brick and mortar vapor shop. read more

I started coming here since I moved in town. Hands down has the best staff. They are sooooo helpful and super nice! My vape had some problems and the man there went above and beyond to help me out. He took his own time to fix my vape for me. They have a good selection of vapes. Can't wait to buy my next one from them soon!!! Y'all need to come here!! read more

Very cool shop. Tight menu so it's not overwhelming. Great customer service from the owner. Didn't over sell me...told me how, as a beginner, to start out. Word. read more

Very very very disappointed with this shop. I shop here all the time. I had a coil put in by Paul who is always very friendly. I came back to buy more juice and buy another coil and now my tank won't come off and I haven't touched the coil since it was put in the last time I was there. They basically told me I'm SOL, there's no warranty. So even if their employees work on your stuff and break it they aren't willing to help you in anyway or offer to fix it. Very poor customer service. read more

Although I've only been inside his shop once, Troy had been the very best to me since I quit smoking in 2013!! I always and only order my e-juice from him. Everything in Albuquerque tastes weird. The e-juice that I get from Troy tastes clean and is always consistent. read more

I have been searching for a great vape store since moving to Texas in June. I have finally found one and vapor salon is it!! Great selection, comfortable atmosphere, knowledgeable and excellent customer service. I have other stores that are closer but this store is worth the drive for me. Lacey made me very comfortable and was extremely helpful. There product is the best I have found in the area. They have positively made a new returning customer. read more

I found this shop through Yelp, and was quite impressed. The service were superb, but I found the product not quite to my taste after I got it home. It's not so easy to find shops that make custom blends these days. read more

By far the most knowledgeable and informative vapor shop i have been in. Troy was very friendly, very patient and for a nice change knew his product. Top notch customer service, nice to patron a business that values it's customer as much as its profits. I highly recommend this establishment. Most certain to be a loyal customer now. Thank you. read more

The customer service is awesome, nothing to complain about there. The flavors are all pretty good. It does seem like most of their premium flavors are based off of one juice. Don't get me wrong they're all good to me, but someone else might disagree. Also, whenever I go in it almost seems like something is out of stock. It's never messed with my purchase plans. I WOULD recommend Vapor Salon to any vaper. It is a really nice place! read more

The BEST place to buy e-liquid and vaping supplies. Not only are their prices the lowest around, but the liquid has the best flavor. Oh and they aren't sales-y either... They give you what you need and only suggest products of you ask them. read more

Just absolute terrible people. I have purchased many time last from them and offered an older outdated unit to someone less fortunate and they text me basically calling me a nobody to them and my business means nothing. My 4K dollars I've spent in less than a year and I mean nothing. read more

Came in to get a standard USB battery charger for my pen and the young lady that "helped" us was so damn rude. Maybe it was cause my partner looked too young for his age,but damn I just came in hoping for some nice customer service from a well-reviewed establishment, I guess she wasn't in the mood to help. No receipt either. read more

Worst shop in DFW. They over nic their juice and rip you off. The guy that was there today couldn't put his phone down long enough to even look at me when I came in with a question about my box mod. Then he went in the back and told the girl that was working to tell me something completely incorrect about what was wrong with my box, which I then went and got fixed at a different shop. Didn't want to give me the time of day or have any interest in helping me when I came in. Would have been willing to spend money to get my box fixed and/or buy a new one, but instead I went elsewhere. They lost a good customer today, and I will make it a point to tell everyone I know to not ever go there. Don't see them being open much longer with the way he's running things. Don't waste your time or money when there's much better juices and shops around, with actual customer service. read more
