I made a first time order based on their shipping policy of same or next business shipping, as of close of business today, nothing has shipped and no response to my inquiry. If I do not have confirmation of shipping by close of business to morrow, I will cancel the order, if that's not an option and they can't prove they shipped the order, a chargeback will be the next option. If they resolve this in a timely manner, I will change my rating to reflect that. read more

My order was placed on March 8. As of today - March 22 - there is absolutely no tracking information beyond March 13, where it is listed as 'in transit.' While Vaporfi APPEARS to have a great selection of devices and eliquids, the followup and receipt of ordered items is TERRIBLE ! I placed an initial order, order was confirmed, then with no notification was cancelled. I placed a second order, after three attempts to find out what my order has not moved in over a week .. I have yet to get a response, so who knows, when or IF i will get the items that I ordered. I've been searching for a 'go to' shop for future orders ... and this one is definitely not one of them .. I have placed orders with two other companies and received the items ( without the additional signature fee ) within 3-4 days vs the poor shipping and updates from this shop .... The shipping company they use is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!! I have had 2 orders that I've had to get refunded because they simply don't deliver to the correct address. I get all my mail at a UPS store so I know for certain there is always someone there to sign. When I see "delivered" in the tracking it's nobody that works at the UPS Store. I ordered from them a week ago because they had good prices. Tracked it all the way up to today which I got a tracking say they returned exception . Come to find out that the shipper they ship with doesn't actually go wherever they tell them they need to go they just go to wherever the hell they take an ocean. So therefore I took a day off at $200 and set it home waiting on a delivery and nothing to be found and when I called them they tell me there's nothing they can do. Shipping is terrible. Customer service is less than helpful. My order was placed 2/10/2025. Supposedly shipped the 11th. According to tracking has been at the shipper since 2/14/2025. It's now 3/4/2025. According to customer service, they have to give the shipper "a reasonable amount of time to respond to inquiries" l think they've had enough time to respond OR deliver. I've asked for a refund at this point and am now told that's also up to the response of the shipper! If they can take my money in less than a day, they should be able to return it that quickly also! So, the only good thing I can say is they did refund my money. I have been using Vaporfi for years. Within the last year, all of my online orders have failed to deliver. They started using a carrier called Boxcheck, and that company always said they had a failed delivery, nobody home. (They require a 21+ person to sign) I am retired and homebound and am here 24/7. So the carrier isn't delivering, causing the cancellation of the order. Sad. They were a good, reliable company before, but not now. Avoid Vaporfi unless you can walk in to a store. Alex and Marie are AWESOME. I am a newbie and they very patiently showed me several vape pens and priced each for me. I know I drove them crazy trying flavors and strengths - but they hung in there with me and made great suggestions. I was preparing to place an order online - when I noticed the "Find a Store Near You" button - I am SO happy I didn't order online. I would not have been satisfied with the pen I had in my cart. Plus the experience in the store was fun. I ended up with a SMOK well within my budget. The store is bright and clean and set up very nicely - unlike a couple of other stores I had stopped in. Marie showed me how to fill the pen, and explained the coil maintenance. Nothing difficult, but I would have been clueless if I had not gone in the store. So now I have a great pen that I'm very happy with and I had fun learning the ins and outs of vaping. Alex is a Vape Meister and demonstrated how to get the biggest cloud I've seen. I purchased a vapor fi dry vape three years ago.The mouth piece was poorly designed ( plastic too thin) and it cracked. The vape still works but is now useless without a replacement mouthpiece. Vapor Fi offers no replacement parts. For a product that was purchased for almost $100.00, to now be destined for a landfill is inexcusable. Shame on you vapor fi. Just like the rest of Vaporfi's, not the best, not the worse. It was cool that the sales associate was cool dealing with me, I'm not a hard customer but I do ask for specific things. Vaporfi is the only company I've bought juice from, I even worked in one for almost three years, only complain would be that she didn't fill up the bottle all the way up as it is supposed to. Overall cool place to buy juice from, because the quality is the best. Hopefully it doesn't close down like the rest of stores. read more

Ok so I met the owner before his grand opening he was very nice and he sold me some very niceVape batteries I was very happy and I returned to buy five of them as Christmas presents unfortunately one did not work so I offered for them to bring it back because the owner told me they have a one-year guarantee and that my name would be in the computer he took all my information and put it in the computer but today when my friend took his back because it didn't work the employee told him oh no there is no guarantee now that is bait and switch so I highly suggest you stay away from the store read more

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT BACK UP ITS PRODUCTS. DO NOT ORDER. I placed three orders with this company. Two went OK. The last one they sent me a battery that lasted 1/2 - 1 hour. I called them and they said I had to pay to send the battery back and they would replace it. I paid $6 to return the stupid battery and waited. Nothing. Then I called today and found out that they refunded the battery (not the shipping) and didn't even bother to tell me. When I complained about this, Tracey (the "supervisor who should be fired") told me that they don't have any control over the shipping dept. Huh? How is that possible? A horrible company with nasty customer service reps and now I'm out another battery and have to order a whole new kit. It will NEVER be from this company. This location was not closed early November, but with the pricing I wouldn't be shocked if they weren't around much longer. The place initially drew me in as I needed some Naked brand vape juice for my nicotine pen while doing birthday errands. We walked in to find a full syrup setup which was really exciting to see but a little overwhelming. When asking about it, she informed us that they use synthetic nicotine as Florida laws have restricted custom blends (which seems super dangerous and unsafe- thanks Florida lawmakers). We opted for a normal nicotine blend instead, and I found the prices were close to double what I usually pay for my syrups online, but desperate times ended up pushing me through a purchase. Girl was nice, mentioned their CBD products until I gave her some education on the Delta 8 THC products (don't do it) and their CBD before advising her to get her card for safer access to product. Would not recommend anything other than the premixed syrups, but will be ordering more products online before I'd come back to this location. Maintained a 3 star review for the girls customer service though I did not receive any sort of birthday discount and was not ID'd (didn't mention it either). read more

Very disappointed! This store does not stand behind the products that sell. I bought a Vaporfi Orbit and the product literally fell a part in my hands when I was using it. When I attempted to exchange it for one that was not defective, they refused to take it back, even though I had my receipt and had only purchased it two days before. The girl behind the counter seem quite used to blaming their customers for their poorly made products falling apart. I would urge against buying anything at Vaporfi. read more

Checked this place out after Halo decided to not carry what I need consistently anymore. Excellent customer service, Maria helped set me up with the Pro 3 device and let me try many flavors to find the one I want. I also had something happen to my tank, not sure what occurred but my device wasn't working right and they switched it out at no cost. I LOVE my Pro 3, I also love their juice (thought I would just use my Halo juice, but their juice I have decided is WAY superior). Highly recommend this shop, great customer service and great products. I am officially now "all in" as a Vaporfi customer! Been there 5 times in one week if that says anything LOL! read more
