5/23/22 went down the 29th street store to get my usual RY4 120ml 1.2 nic and I was informed they no longer have them in that size due to some paperwork they messed up on to keep selling the 120ml. So I asked how much would 2 60ml RY4 cost me and I was informed over $30. I was like what are you kidding me the 120ml is $26 and change! The girl informed me that's just the way it is and I was like that's bulshit! It's not my fault you guys are out of the 120ml do to you guys messing up on some paperwork. I think they should have charged me the $26 for the 2 60ml. And I was informed that's just the way it is I'm like really? I've been coming in every two weeks for my 120ml RY4 and you guys did not inform me last time I came in that you weren't going to have the 120mls anymore. I'm very disgusted that they're treating customers like this now do to it them messing up on some paperwork. I've been coming to Vapor Source for 4 years now. (two years in Fountain and two years down here) I'm not even sure if I'm going to continue to go there once they get their paperwork together due to this incident. Great group of guys! Got back into vaping recently after two years to quit smoking, and had forgotten most of what I knew. This industry has come leaps and bounds in two years, and these guys made it easy to understand and didn't push any products on me that weren't genuinely great by reputation. I ended up buying a new machine, and the staff was super helpful in showing me how to set it up. I left there satisfied and happy with the purchases I made. Went to Vapor Source as my girlfriend need a tfv-8 for the mini boss. To start they were out and they said they had been out for awhile. When we were in the store had a good experience with the representative from the store. We bought a 120ml of juice the price was a little on the high side for honestly juice that was a year old. The born on date was 9162016. This brings a little worry that nicotine spoils. We left the shop and were back in Albuquerque before we noticed this. Needless to say trashed the whole bottle. The juice for what I did vape from it was meh. It was a bottle of sturgis. The Apple tones when you smell it are there but as a vape and being that it is out of date all we were tasting was pg and vg. Honestly. It was meh for the juice but I was impressed with the selection of hardware minus the not having the coil we needed. read more

The store off of Powers and Constitution is great! Big Mike is an amazing person and alot of fun to talk to. I have had a few problems with my pens but everytime I go in they fix it and do everything to help me out! Anna is my favorite sales person because she seems to care a whole lot and is very sweet. Kay is very helpful and knowledgeable(almost too much for me) but she helps me understand what everything means. Justin is also extremely nice and helpful when I am having problems. Addison I have only seen twice now but he seems like a good worker and only wants to help too. Now I don't know if there are others who work there still but when I first went in I felt like they were just trying to sell me the most expensive item whether it worked or not and not actually caring about the customer, but that has all changes now! read more

Not very helpful when you go in. Definitely great quality product and juice as well as marketing their product but the customer service is sub-par and employees have a very nonchalant attitude and will give very short answers as well as male employees giving way more help and attention to female customers. This place is awesome. My boyfriend bought me an itaste MVP 3.0 for my birthday and I absolutely loved it! Then one day it just stopped working. We went into Vapor Source in Pueblo on 29th street and they replaced it, no cost to me. We were so happy with the great customer service that we bought another itaste.
