When I asked about it, I was told it's their policy and done for "fraud prevention." To me, this feels sketchy and invasive, especially in an age where identity theft is a real concern. There was no clear explanation of how my personal information would be protected or why it was necessary in the first place. I shouldn't have to give up sensitive information just to make a purchase. This kind of policy makes me feel unsafe, and I will not be returning. Businesses need to respect customer privacy and only collect information that is absolutely necessary. I hope they reconsider this practice for the security of all their customers.

I think they should have charged me the $26 for the 2 60ml. And I was informed that's just the way it is I'm like really? I've been coming in every two weeks for my 120ml RY4 and you guys did not inform me last time I came in that you weren't going to have the 120mls anymore. I'm very disgusted that they're treating customers like this now do to it them messing up on some paperwork. I've been coming to Vapor Source for 4 years now. (two years in Fountain and two years down here) I'm not even sure if I'm going to continue to go there once they get their paperwork together due to this incident.
