I had just walked out of another place up the street, Mr puffer's, or Peter puffer's... Or something like that, where I dealt with a little entitlement brat kid who gave me nothing but attitude for asking him questions. That kid got cursed out. "BEWARE" I went to tobacco and vape store in the food lion…read morePlaza in calabash yesterday I purchased a vape that I paid $44.00 for I left went home put my juice in it started dinner and realized the vape wasn't working right it kept leaking all the juice out of it after dinner I went back to the vape store and showed the guy that was working there he said they do not take returns or do exchanges I was like are you serious it's defective and you have no sign saying that nor did you advise me of that when you asked if I wanted a receipt I said yes just incase I need to bring it back and you still said nothing I have never heard of any company not taking back a broken product and exchanging it for a different one I asked for a manager or owner he said he was one of the owners.. smh and he wasn't exchanging it for me I said so basically I just threw away $44.00 he said I guess so . Very unprofessional rude and bad buisness owner I couldn't believe it. Everything I bought there was close to double the price of any where else. His e-juice prices are like $25.00 to $30.00 for a 60 ml bottle. This is outrageous as I have found the same exact e-juices for $18.99 and $19.99 and same size bottle 60ml. There is no way I would refer a friend to his place of business and if anyone asks, I will tell them to stay away unless they want a hole burned in their pocket. I know this review will be erased by him as he doesn't have the nerve to keep it up and let people read the truth about his "Premium" shop.
