(My mod wouldn't turn on and the batteries wouldn't even work in other Vapes) we changed the batteries in my vape and everything. Me and my father ended up going to the vape shop. As we walk in we are greeted and we talk for a minute but get right to the subject. The man looks at my vape trys new batteries and everything. He inspected the vape and said (It looks like you take very good care of your vape and this doesn't normally happen) he gave us options on what we could do. Like (send the mod into SMOK) as we were about to walk out he asked me to hand him my tank real quick. He turned around and grabbed his old MOD (vape) and gave me 3 new batteries and his old vape. That is what I call good customer service. He was very polite and very helpful.i will be sure to continue going to this vape shop. Thank you
