Worst experience at a vape shop ever!! We've frequented the store in Warrensburg often without any issues; however, we visited the new Higginsville location recently. I stopped to purchase a new mod. I'm asked for a specific model and was very clear that I only wanted one with an external battery. The young lady working there guaranteed me that I was purchasing the one with an external battery and sold me additional batteries. Once the battery went dead, I realized that I couldn't change it. I returned to the store only to be told by another young employee that it's too bad. He had us stand there waiting ehile he called the manger/owner. At that point, he told us that he could sell me a different one, but otherwise I am out of luck! Go anywhere else!' This was100% employee error and some resolution should've been offered. The too bad response leaves my only option is to warn others. I wouldn't get off the interstate for this store. I don't recommend this store!! I hate having to leave a star at all because they don't deserve it. Horrible experience!! read more
