After simply requesting a balance and strictly nothing else, they decided to remove and flip my used tire claiming that it was installed backwards. My tires are the Douglas Performance llll All Season and a simple search shows that these are in fact not directional tires as I already knew. The "leader" argued this with me and refused to correct the mistake claiming they could only refund the money. Either way I would not recommend using this tire center, especially if you do not know much about your tires to begin with. Even with knowledge about my tires, I was argued down on it and I should not have to go and pay another establishment to do more work on my tire due to incompetency like this.

They now have a specialty coffee bar, I've never tried, as well. Every store in Sedalia has certain strengths and weaknesses. Wood's strength is their produce department. Their vegetables and fruit are usually very fresh and there is a large selection of basic products. Meat department is average with what you find elsewhere in Sedalia. Steaks vary from tender to moderately tough and most are a bit bland. The rest is your basic no frills grocery store fare. There was a time I bought whole roasted chickens from their deli regularly but now they seem to have a bad habit of not being completely cooked. I've also found fried chicken breasts raw at the bone. Few things are worse than eating a few bites of chicken to ultimately find a bloody center. It's simple, check your temperatures and cook times regularly and periodically test your product. These issues could make people very sick.

The pharmacy and grocery staff seem to be mostly the same people, but I cannot state how well the store is now run. What I wrote previously: Number one - Parker's is the only locally owned grocery and pharmacy in Warrensburg. The owners are active in their community, doing their best to benefit the area. I support locally owned businesses if I can justify doing so. Parker's has earned my loyalty. The prices are not always the lowest; they may not always be favorably compared to prices at WalMart and BiLo and Aldi's. However, they work hard to cover all the basics and then add carefully selected additional items they know their townspeople want. Watch for sales, as usual. Heck, if you ask about any specific item you cannot locate, they find a way to begin stocking it. Their produce is likely obtained from the same sources other area grocers use, but they must be choosing the higher quality. I have never gotten inferior quality from them and I have from other places in town. I can almost guarantee they would bend over backwards to make things right if ever I was dissatisfied. They have real butchers who will cut as you desire or grind things up as you desire and probably can do more than I've thought of asking for! If a checkout line is more than 2 customers long they call for reinforcements! You cannot find THAT at the other markets. They own their own pharmacy too. You get personalized attention from a very highly qualified staff. Big ticket help in a small town is a great combination. Just about any discounts you would receive at the "big boys" of pharmacy can also be found at Parkers; they are extremely competitive. On top of all that, they have packed a tremendous amount of variety and standards into their cozy alcoholic beverage section. You will find the usual liquors, wine and beer, plus many specialty local offerings. Parker's is a great resource for local wines as well as regional wines from other countries. They also carry a very diverse selection of micro-brewed finds, many of which can be purchased as individual components to a "build your own 6-pack". That is rare in a town this small. So I asked the girl at the pharmacy counter but she didn't have any idea. She was even more confused than I was, and she didn't even try to help me so I just put down the decongestant and paid for a very over priced toy and left! Will not bother to go back I can go to Walmart next time!!!

For being a food court that serves and feeds those that serve our country, they sure do not keep it well maintained nor does food service staff display any customer service skills or training. This is likely the 2nd time I go in for lunch and no body at all is at Taco Bell, just completely missed multiple customers from buying. This is like the 3rd time that burger king staff will walk right past myself or my husband who is in uniform while waiting in line not even a simple "hey ma'am or sir, I'll be right with you". I asked kindly to the gentleman at BK this morning "excuse me sir, May I order?" And his reply was "May I finish?!" So I walked away and went to eat at the bowling alley. The food court tables are never wiped down, floors are usually pretty dirty and it's a terrible experience for our service members. With limited other places to eat on base, and this food court having visibility from our vets & mil families... they seriously need to improve on staff, training, requirements or something. At the very least, be at your stand when people want to order food, or look at them with some respect and be kind. It's one of the least well kept BX FOOD COURT's I've yet been to.
