I have been to both the Mingo and Peoria stores and in both cases the employees were helpful even though I told them that I was Newbie and at that time was only looking around. My questions were answered and the few times that they immediately did not know the answer, it was looked up. I have since purchased an Aspire Pockex vape and am enjoying it. My only reason for the less than stellar review is e-juices that I purchased from what looked like the bargain bins. I purchased three 10ml bottles and two 50ml bottles, I later learned all five of them are EXPIRED, not just a month or two, but they expired in February and early March. Only two of them still have anything close to a proper flavor both are 10ml bottles. I can see the juices that were near expiring being in those bins, but not the ones that were expired. My Fiance and I came here when we decided to quit smoking...We stopped coming here because of a few reasons...so here they are. (might become a bit long so be prepared lol) 1. Their small little counter for sampling different types of liquids is ridiculous! Have to stand in line waiting for what seems like forever when your in a hurry...OR when it's your turn and you feel like you are being rushed because there's a line behind you. 2. Half the batteries are dead at the liquid sampling counter..(yeah that little counter by one of the entrance doors). 3. The staff talk so fast when explaining what stuff is & don't take into consideration that i don't know YOUR KNEW AT VAPING! So you start feeling dumb and you end up having that look on your face with your mouth open like "uuuuuuh ok" 4. They try to sell the NEWEST product so they push it on you and guess what...if you don't like it OWELL....if it's messed up OWELL...if the tank gurgles, well guess what..OWELL. My fiance & I have wasted so much money in there it's insane! All we wanted was new atomizers and we get talked into a new tank that works better and the atomizers are cheaper...well of course were going to try it if it works better and the outcome would be us saving some money on atomizers....yeah they SUCKED..mine didn't work so i went back up there and guess what owell, they don't do refunds or returns so i lost all my money on something i'm going to just throw away. 5. Finally the last one- Their hours....Oh my is it hard to get what you need when they close right when you get there because you work. Their hours make it very hard for someone who needs a part, or liquid...or whatever THAT WORKS FULL TIME. So if you work from 8am- 7pm or later guess what..OWELL your SOL. so the only time you can make it is saturday but let's hope you don't have to be at work "mandatory" cause then the next week becomes another battle. So finally after all these things & fighting with the hours that are available to people, my fiance looked elsewhere...LOW & BEHOLD! We found one that stay's open till 10pm! and open on saturday's and sundays! Less traffic, nicer staff, big bar to sit at to enjoy trying different flavors, and they make sure you get what you want in your ecig and your happy and if your not they help you...FINALLY! they also don't make you feel stupid...curious where i'm talking about? Been in this location and I was warned NOT to to go VK b/c they are douche bags. I thought "surely not"...I came in to the Mingo location and they were pretty busy, I get it. Everyone has a habit and I was a newbie with a lot of questions at the time...but com'mon...read others reviews...youll understand. No problems here. They have a good selection of electronic stuff and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The only reason I give a 4-star is because of their e-liquids. The worst because they import from China. Only one or two e-liquid lines made in the USA and only menthol or tobacco flavors with those. read more

Refuse to provide service if you have an INFANT. Won't even let you in the door. They also alter their products so that if you try to purchase things like batteries or mods from other locations, you can't. Very RUDE!!! Won't ever attempt to go to this place again. Prices are too high as well. Smaller shops are cheaper and have just as good a selection and will allow you to bring your infants and small children inside instead of forcing you to either take someone with you or leave them in the car, which is against the law. I get it about the marketing to children fear, but a 1 yr old is a little extreme neurosis. Even the regular cigarette shops allow you to bring your infant inside since the law says NO UNACCOMPANIED MINORS. read more

Been shopping here since late 2010. For V day I purchased a 510 joytech battery for my husband. The button sticks on occasion and is very intermittent, but it will on occasion burn up long enough to waste fluid. Not happy and worried so I Took a video of the problem and my battery to the store to swap within the warranty information on the receipt. Salesperson told me because they couldn't mimic the problem and because it's so intermittent they just can't exchange it and refer me to the manufacturer. A few weeks ago I had a Cartomizer that leaked at an overnight rate. I had troubleshoot it at home by taking it apart, cleaning it, rebuilding it, refilling it and it was still leaking overnight. Took it in, and again because they couldn't replicate the problem I was told they won't replace it. When I started vaping in 2010 my choices for shopping were much more limited than today. Ok so let me start by saying my fiancé and I started vapeing and didnt really know alot about it so we went to Vapor kings. That was mistake number 1. We thought they were suppose to be knowledgeable in there products. That was mistake number 2. We thought that if they recommend a product it must be good right. That was mistake number 3. So let me tell you how it happened we decided we wanted to quit smoking the bad cigarettes so we went to VK,they talk about their products so crazy fast that you dont know if your coming or going. So you stop them half way thru their little speech to ask a question and OOPS you messed up cause now your getting this look like (Uh excuse me did you just stop me from talking), then you ask your question and guess what they DON'T answer it directly yup thats right they skate around it so you think they know what their talking about. So you buy the tank the battery the juice and your ready to go YES FINALLY. So you get home and your excited you fill your tank up with the juice screw your battery on and start puffing. Then you notice the tank is leaking so you call up there and tell them the problem. And guess what they tell you and your gonna love this. Sorry we dont do refunds or exchanges and we cant repair anything cause we don't know how. So now your stuck with a broken tank and guess what else now you gotta buy a new one again. Isn't this place just awesome so far. And I haven't gotten to the best part, so lets say you wanna try a new flavor of juice so you go up there. Oh wait their sample bar is packed and by the time you get a chance to get your turn half the batteries are dead,so now you can't try any new flavors. So you think to yourself ill come by after work one day, oh wait you cant because guess what YOU WORK FROM 8-8 so they closed by the time you get off and they aren't open before you go in. So now your stuck with what you have. So in short if you want a really great first experience at vaping or just wanna update your equipment DON'T GO TO VAPOR KINGS. read more

EDITED: After visiting this store a few times I had bad experiences. After a while though the owner reached out to me to ask what went wrong. I explained the previous bad experiences and he said he would fix the problems. I went back to the store and it was a professional environment. Even though they were busy I was greeted at the door and was helped as soon as someone could help me. I went back again and had the same experience. My first experience with vaping in general was with Vapor Kings, and I will never go back. I bought my first starter kit and several juices. I didn't have any issues with the products, it was the people. They talked down to me because I didn't know much about vaping. One guy actually gasped and threw his hands up in the air when I said "what's priming?" I ruined two atomizers because they failed to fully explain how to use my e-cigarette - and I did clearly ask for any advice and details on how to use it. They do have high-quality products, and the juices are great. But I've found at least four other places in Tulsa that have exceptional customer service AND lower prices. read more

A friend and I ordered online from this site. I ordered clearomizers and he ordered replacement atomizers. Both types of product died within 2-3 days. We use these products from other sites regularly and have never experienced them dying so quickly- usually they last about a month (we have both vaped for 5+ years). The products were clearly defective. I emailed the company letting them know and asking what they would do about it. They told me that my experience with the clearomizers was normal and there was nothing they would do. With so many vape shops out there, I won't waste my time shopping at this one again. read more
