Knowing he can just order his tubes and tobacco online to roll his own cigarettes with is a comfort. And they carry the good brands too. Most shops now have quit carrying tobacco for those who still smoke and roll their own. Will definitely order from them again.

Gave this place a second chance and wasn't disappointed!…read more The first time I went I was more than horrified at how the employee treated me. He was rushing me out even though I was there spending over $150. I looked into every other option to go somewhere else but living across the street it is convenient to go nearby home. He wasn't helpful at all and kept fussing over having to do work before close without care for me or the other customers around. Thank you Cory for taking great care of us. (I actually made my boyfriend come in with me the second time because I was so freaked out by the other employee) What a change in mood and demeanor Cory was! He even signed me up for the points system which the other guy hadn't even mentioned. I was honestly worried that the guy before was an owner and was too scared to reach out via social media Incase he was the one who reads my message. Will be making this place a regular place we shop - as long as the other guy isn't around. I am happy to send friends and my own customers as long as Cory is around. No one should be treated the way the other guy treats customers. Note to the owner: If we go back again and that other guy is working we probably won't be back. I recommend going here when Cory is around. He was super nice! Maybe call ahead to check the attitude before you go in ;) ...unless you know exactly what you want and aren't looking for an advice or service

IT QUIT WORKING AFTER 10 DAYS AND THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING TO SEND IT TO THE MANUFACTURER!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ... BEING THE CUSTOMER AND IN A INDUSTRY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ... YOU SEND IT BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER.... I GAVE YOU MY BUSINESS FROM YOUR COMPETITOR AND YOU CAN COUNT ON TOTALLY WICKED IS GETTING IT BACK. Note: we were in there prior when we had issues with the tip ... And they knew this... And we're fine. 3 days after the 7 days and they don't back the product they sell. And there is no sign and saying this, they don't tell you and it's not even on your receipt. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! FOLLOW UP - went to Totally Wicked - they sell the same set up for $10 bucks less, looked at the one not working, did more w/ my broken battery then Vapin Lizard and it wasn't even their product!! Offered me other options and they advised I could just buy just the battery... That wasn't offered up at crappy Vapin Lizards. Customer Service was outstanding as always. Even showed us the proper way to prime the atomizer... Nobody showed that to my boyfriend when he purchased who doesn't vape at all, and didn't know when I asked him. That alone speaks volumes on the customer and knowledge of the product. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE WASTING THIER MONEY OR TIME AT VAPIN LIZARD. MORE LIKE A HANGOUT THEN A RETAIL STORE. Last side note... They don't even have proper ventilation in this storefront that is approximately 400 square feet. Their selection sucks as well of liquid choices.
