This store has been completely redone, more shelving, more products and it's so clean, well lit and well kept it's like a whole new store. Brian is the guy to see, he knows his stuff, and if Steven shows up, it's a game changer, he shows up at the stores and you never know what's going to happen, it might be discounts or just funny stories, either way it's always good to see him come in. I'm planning on checking out the Clean Smoke on SR 70 in the Creekwood Plaza, I'll let y'all know what I think.

Awesome customer service and a plethora of products (did you know Snoop Dogg has a line of…read morevaporizers?) which the staff is eager to assist you with. They sell a variety of vape juice, which is what I went there to purchase. They have several brands, including their own. Unfortunately, I tried their Green Tea flavor and I hated it--it assaulted my olfactory senses. It was like I was smoking moldy incense. My boyfriend, however, disagrees, so don't take my word for it--it just wasn't my...cup of tea. Hardy har har. They also sell Djarum Blacks, which are scarce in Sarasota, in Original, Cherry (which ironically smells like cough syrup), and Mint.

IT QUIT WORKING AFTER 10 DAYS AND THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING TO SEND IT TO THE MANUFACTURER!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ... BEING THE CUSTOMER AND IN A INDUSTRY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ... YOU SEND IT BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER.... I GAVE YOU MY BUSINESS FROM YOUR COMPETITOR AND YOU CAN COUNT ON TOTALLY WICKED IS GETTING IT BACK. Note: we were in there prior when we had issues with the tip ... And they knew this... And we're fine. 3 days after the 7 days and they don't back the product they sell. And there is no sign and saying this, they don't tell you and it's not even on your receipt. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!! FOLLOW UP - went to Totally Wicked - they sell the same set up for $10 bucks less, looked at the one not working, did more w/ my broken battery then Vapin Lizard and it wasn't even their product!! Offered me other options and they advised I could just buy just the battery... That wasn't offered up at crappy Vapin Lizards. Customer Service was outstanding as always. Even showed us the proper way to prime the atomizer... Nobody showed that to my boyfriend when he purchased who doesn't vape at all, and didn't know when I asked him. That alone speaks volumes on the customer and knowledge of the product. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE WASTING THIER MONEY OR TIME AT VAPIN LIZARD. MORE LIKE A HANGOUT THEN A RETAIL STORE. Last side note... They don't even have proper ventilation in this storefront that is approximately 400 square feet. Their selection sucks as well of liquid choices.
