I had to go to work so I couldn't just turn back around, again. I took my burnt vape back in the store and was then told because it was so long ago (mind you 5 hours), I could get 10% off another one. So already spent 54$ on these vapes now you want me to buy another one?! That's also probably defective. Let me tell you, WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Won't be back.

If they didn't have it, the clerk said they would order it for me. While I was there checking out the place, I sampled several different flavors of liquids and tried one of the variable ego batteries they carry. I also liked the fact they offered other US made liquids besides the house brand. I think next time I will get a bottle of Namber Juice or maybe Pink Spot. really made me feel welcomed and the experience of try it before you buy it was great. I recommend if you vape go check it out.

This is Deb, Paul's wife. I have been looking for a new Vape shop ever since Wicked closed. My…read morehusband and I went to this establishment and purchased a vape unit, battery and battery charger holder (total bill: $90+). Jack, who helped us, was very kind, helpful and patient. He also wore a mask, which we very much appreciated since we were in close proximity for a good amount of time. It turned out that the battery was defective; it would not fully charge. The holder for the battery that plugs into the wall for charging was also defective; it kept flashing between a red and green light the minute we plugged it in. The very next day my husband returned to the store with the battery and holder. Hunter, who was working there that day, proceeded to give my husband a hard time, because, according to him, since the battery had charged some, it was still of use. He finally gave my husband a new battery. During their interaction, in reference to Jack, he either said Jack was an idiot (which is what my husband heard) or that Jack "was acting like an idiot", which is what he later told me he said. So much kinder, isn't it? I called Hunter and asked to speak to the owner. He said he would not give me the owner's phone number because of privacy concerns. I then asked for the owner's name, and he said he could not give me that either, again citing privacy concerns. I gave him my phone number and asked that the owner call me. He never did. I then went to the store. Hunter was there. He was not wearing a mask. He told me he was the manager. Of course, he is! Managers refer to their workers or their actions as idiots all the time! Wow, that sure inspires a lot of confidence in a customer. Given that the owner never called me, I can see where Hunter got his training. I would have been a new, repeat customer, as vape users are. I certainly won't be one at this place. Good going, Hunter and Mr. Owner! Let me know how that business plan works out for ya!
