Saw some varying reviews on this place, but decided to give it a go anyway. I'm glad I did because I had a great experience. The guy working was very friendly and helpful in finding what I needed. He gave me a deal and some free samples as well. I'll definitely be returning since I did not have any negative experiences. I can't say how the cost compares to what people find online because I don't do comparisons, but I will say that likely people are not taking MN taxes into account -- they are very high. Their selection wasn't too expansive, but they had enough options to find something new. read more

This is actually my fault. I didn't do my leg work before I went there. I paid 2x the price for a vape tank a nautilus. I should have realized the tank I was buying was a very old design, and aspire has made many improvements since making this tank. I spent over 3x the retail price for the coils. Spent over 100$ and should have only paid under 50$ per the going price. There were very limited Aspire brand choices although the site advertised Aspire products. I then looked at the return policy and there are no returns allowed, even unopened packages. BUYER BEWARE! I have definitely learned my lesson! read more

Horrible service, patronizing when you ask questions. There are always a bunch of weirdos hanging out in there too. Also, it's like 25% more expensive than buying online. I would/will avoid in the future. read more

Best place in the area to purchase vape juice and vaping supplies. The owner is friendly and very knowledgeable. The store not only has a big selection of supplies but is also such an interesting place with all of the memorabilia. read more

Used to visit a location in Anoka, but find this shop is much closer to home, much cleaner, much more organized with a wider selection. While most shops look like someone's garage, this place looks like an actual shop. Antiques, sporting memorabilia, game tables, -plenty to keep you interested while your order is created. (I did not, however, do a thorough inspection of the coffee creamer availability, mentioned by another YELPer) Friendly staff, great custom selection of juices. Astounding selection of products with professional, knowledgeable staff that'll be delighted to show off their wares. Following the above review, I've been back many times. I don't understand the review saying they felt rushed. Jeff will regale you with stories and jokes while you wait for your custom vape to be created. read more

Visited this store for the first time today and I won't be back again. I can't say that all of his prices are horrible because I only asked the price on one item, the one I asked about was three times as expensive as it was online. I understand that he needs to make money, I like to support vape shop but there's no way I'll pay 150 bucks for a mod that cost 50 online. 90% of the inventory was old. Neat store though I'll give him that. read more

Well I was out of fluid and live near by so I thought I would give them a try. I walk in and there was one other customer and two sales people. The guy who "helped" me was not only rude but seemed like the only thing he wanted was to leave. He took my order and went back to watching thr tv. While I was waiting for my order I saw that they had coffie for the customers. That was nice but I saw that their creamer was actually alcohol. Yes the had two bottles of some kind of Bailey's knock off just sitting out for anyone to use. Classy. I will not go back. It is worth it to me just to go to Anoka. read more

So I know nothing about Ecigs. I stumbled across this place when I had to go to the post office and when I saw this right next store I thought to myself "what a great Father's Day gift for my husband". I walked in- very clean, cozy, and they even have free coffee. I talked to a guy - possibly the owner?- and he was very helpful. Showed my all the options from super cheap to very expensive. Told me the pros and cons of all of them. I went with the middle choice. He then helped me figure out how much nicotine should be added and all about the flavors. He walked me through how to fill them and even filled them for me knowing it was a gift. I was in there maybe a half an hour and never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience. Bonus- he had a bills gun shop poster- nice touch. Again- very clean, very friendly, and a great small town feel. read more

First time there and last! Went to try the place out cause it was closer to where I lived. Went in there looked around waited 5-10min after other customers left got helped. While getting help 1-2mins later ID me to see if I was under age. The guy was judging a book by its cover!!! From then on I just bought tanks an juices an left! 10ml if juice for 10$ rip off! This is the place you want to go if you are clueless about vaping. I walked in not knowing anything about these vape devices and walked out feeling confident about my purchase and its use. The owner was was very helpful finding the right device for my needs. This is not one of those smoke shops where they just sell product, they are extremely knowledgeable about the product. They also have a nice little lounge area to kick back and chat. Why do people bother writing "its cheaper online" NEWS FLASH everything's cheaper online especially with mass substandard knockoffs flooding the internet read more

If you want it, this guy has it! The owner is very nice and will tell you all about the politics going on around vaping. The juice selection is vast, all made behind the counter. I personally found I go thru his vape juice much more quickly then others of same nic level. Due to it not quenching my nicotine need. read more

Customer service here is a joke. If you want to feel like an inconvenience and be rushed then this is the place to go. I will definitely not be coming back here. I gave this place three tries before deciding to bring my business elsewhere. It's well worth the effort to drive other e-cig places in the area. I've been here a couple of times; once to purchase coils and the second to purchase liquid. Unfortunately, the liquid I got must have had its seal broken or was expired because it was terrible - off-color, bad flavor, etc. I didn't bother going back to try to get a refund since they are a bit out of my way but I might suggest checking the liquid before you leave the shop.

Neto helped me and was very knowledgeable and kind of cute. He quickly greeted me and knew exactly what I needed. He showed me the kiln RA. A nice ceramic wax vaporizer. On Jan 9, I purchased 4 ELFBAR vapes and discovered later they were 18 months and 28 months EXPIRED. I called the shop, spoke to a female who identified herself as the Manager, and I requested a refund. I also pointed out that in the State of MN "Vape shops are NOT allowed to sell expired vapes". She refused to issue me a refund, and then went on to say they WERE allowed to sell expired vapes as long as they tell the customer they're expired, and the customer agrees to purchase an expired product. I told her they certainly did NOT advise me these were expired, nor were they displayed with any signage within the display case indicating these were OLD and expired. This is clearly a case where the business knows they're engaged in deceptive practices and even when challenged, they're unwilling to do the right thing or even back down from defending their deception. Buyer beware.

"Please read this if you're considering Vapor bunker in Robbinsdale "Okay got there less than 3 weeks ago for the first time. We were in there to make a legitimate purchase, my partner was looking at which one of the vape pens he wanted to buy in the "Glass case" I emphasized glass case and you don't know why! I was pumping quarters into their pinball machine all the while the d-bag owner of the place in the morning had us being filmed on his private iPhone saying that you all are "just a little bit too much over the display case" like anyone would be before deciding what you want to purchase and continues saying "When people do that it looks like they're going to steal something" he continued to say I just don't want you guys in here at all. " remember we don't know this dude from Adam our first time in there he's never seen us or anything we had never been in there" but he says I'm on and filming this and I'm going to be forwarding it to the Robbinsdale Police Department. I thought I was in a dream or on Candid Camera or at the very least a really good/bizarre episode of the Twilight Zone this dude was unbelievable. I will consider paying you a big list of optimal well customer serviced vape stores to just please to please not spend money there I called a week later and talk to the cool dude that works at night and I told him what happened and he said I can't really do anything about it cuz he owns the place this sh**** place...the us JEFF dude is the biggest douche probably alcoholic Gin Blossomed degenerate, honestly must have lucked out and had some money to open up a shity little store how he makes it run treating people that way is beyond me... please do not spend money there... we ran over to Uptown and there's a few right around lagoon Theatre that are just so tight the people are sweet more than happy to help you with anything, we explained about what happened there and there were just in awe... but for being so far away they were well familiar and well-versed in how they treat people.. although very angry I contained my composure enough to please let everybody know drive past brother,sister, mother, grandparents, anybody i plead with you.....just say NO TO VAPE BUNKER.....Just please you're saving yourself a lot of garbage....Peace yall read more

I just read the review posted on 11-24-2013, and let me say, I was there that day and everyone was distracted that day, it was the Vikings VS the Packers in overtime!! I have been a customer since they opened and EVERYTIME I am in there the staff is friendly and very helpful. They offer free coffee to all the customers...did I mention free? Unlike many of the other Vapor stores Vapor Bunkers is free. The day the other review was written there was a bottle of something similar to Baileys, but the only way you learn something in life is to ask. I did just that and the bottle was there for a company charity event after hours for that day. Its sad when someone tries to do something nice and other people just show negativity like the other reviewer did. I could go to the other Vapor stores around, but were else can the vapors out there go in and have their own custom blend done? If they have the flavors in you can mix whatever you want based on your taste.I will continue to shop at the Vapor Bunker because the staff is friendly and quick to answer all of my questions and the store is neat and clean and inviting read more

My wife and I always go into the Vapor Bunker for The Great Vapes, and the awesome customer service that is provided. It definitely has a lounge feel, allowing their patrons to play games, do puzzles, drink coffee, watch TV, and mingle with other customers. They also have some tobacco artifacts, vintage things in their lounge area and the Marilyn Monroe life size cutout is a must-see!! Also a plus, I've gotten my Vapes mixed fresh while I wait for not even five minutes...how cool is that? To know your fluids aren't just sitting around on some shelf...because we've gone to "Other Places Nearby" and got the stale stuff, yellow and gooey, hitting me with the old, you open you Bought it policy. Never happens at Vapor Bunker in Robbinsdale! And the coffee and cookies are always fresh, good job. A great place for E-cigs. read more

There are few times when a new idea or product is presented in a customer friendly way from the beginning. The folks at the Vapor Bunker have managed to provide the perfect mix, variety and information in one location. If you are looking for the alternative to traditional tobacco products then e-cigs is the way to go. When you are looking for accurate information, great selection of flavors and excellent customer service, then the Vapor Bunker is the place to go. Each time I go in they prepare my choices with the requested amount of flavor and strength. There is also a pleasant lounge area to just hang-out for awhile to escape the busy outside world. I recommend giving it a visit, I think you will be pleased with your experience. read more

Vapor Bunker stood out because they have a wide selection of Kanger, Vision, eGo itaste innokin and other e-cig products with many more coming in weekly. The ability to custom make any of thousands of flavor combinations and the nicotine level of my choice was very beneficial. I could choose any flavor and build what I want with it.. Discovered there are many variations and settings for the best e-cig functionality. Enjoyed the atmosphere and free Wifi, as well as the large TV's and fireplace. Also enjoyed history of tobacco museum and antiques on display. They had free snacks and refreshments while I waited for a custom liquid to be created by a helpful and friendly staff. I have been in there many times, they have always been attentive. They recommend Juices that are new and have great customer service. They have coffee available with different creamers and cookies to go with. Most ecig shops I've been to have parking spot issues and this one, with it being in the mall area, there is always a place to park and not having to walk blocks to get to. I would recommend this place to all my smoker friends who want to quit and all my vaping friends who need supplies. read more
