Peter said he couldn't do it as he " fixed " the problem my vape was having. Went in today because it was having the same problems. They called peter and he said as its no longer covered under store warranty theres nothing he can do besides ship it back and maybe offer me store credit and ill have to buy a brand new vape. Worst customer service from him in my opinion as i wouldn't have had to buy a new one if he exchanged it for me when i first went in like i wanted. I do appreciate him sending back to the company for me but i'm still out money for something thats not my fault
