During covid I feel like they are all masked up and taking precautions well. I have been coming to this spot (well they moved up the street) for a couple years now and I'm glad they are a little bit closer with better parking. AWESOME PLACE. The moment my BF and I stepped into this shop, we were greeted right away. The shop is very nice and clean. Simple and organized. Many options to choose from for fluids and tanks. Their display cabinets are set up nicely. The guys here have great customer service and they didn't overwhelm us to sell their products. They offered their assistance if we needed anything and stood by. During the time that we were there, we spoke with all of the current staffs in some sort of way. Kudos to that. They were very informative, also gave us a brief intro to their company which was cool. "Good to know" type of stuff. They're very helpful, outgoing, and professional. These guys really know their products and will give you feed backs on the products that they carry. My BF and I went here with the intention to buy a certain fluid flavor. RAMON was great. He advised, if we ever wanted to pick up that flavor and they are out at the shop, give them an hour, and they will have that fluid for us. EFF'N AWESOME. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, they carried a tank that we had bought elsewhere for about $6.00 cheaper! "BOOKMARKED"! All in all, our first time experience with this shop is great. Love this spot! Checkout out this place when I get my new mod in the mail to grab some juice. Forgot the dudes name that helped me out but he was top notch.
