The guy working the FIRST time I went was more than willing to give us great deals- got better the more we bought. I have been to Black Moon countless times since then, and have made many purchases. This includes awesome water pipes, torches, lighters, slides, vape juice, tanks, coils, and more. I love that they have just about every flavor, brand, and mg of nicotine in their vape juice selection. It's one of the only stores that sells the exact juices that I regularly use. The staff are all very friendly and professional. They will provide you with excellent customer service and are all very knowledgeable about the inventory that they sell. Although they did away with the rewards program as many of the vape shops have been forced to do, you can still get a deal here. The more you go, the more you buy, the better the deals the staff may offer. While the store is small, don't be fooled by it's size. They do have a great inventory and it's one of my go-to's for my vaping and smoking needs. Overall, I definitely recommend stopping by!

I like a selection, just as anyone that likes to try new flavors would. I went in for a replacement tank, she did not have it. And honestly even if she did, I wouldn't of bought it from there just because of the way she was carrying herself. And to you Ms. Attitude lady behind the glass cases. If a customer comes in and tries explaining what is being sought out. You don't argue with them about what will fit and won't fit for a glass on their tank. I know what kind of glass my tank uses. I've broken it multiple times, and have used replacement glasses from other tanks other than the one I have. If I could give this place 0 STARS. I would most definitely do so. The customer service was great. My rating is only for the product itself. I had never been to Hubci…read morebefore and i guess they have their own brand of delta cartridges. Mine constantly acted as if something were stuck and wouldn't let me suck. I would have to take it off of the battery and try to blow air through either end. This was almost immediately after my first use. I wasn't sure if it was the battery that i had also bought from them but i tested the battery with other branded vapes and it works just fine. Seems to be in need of a finer fix
