This shop sold us products that are defective and which they know are defective! The two products…read morewe purchased today began leaking immediately!! One of them looks like it burst. We took them back to the store within two hours. They refused to return it. Justin who was working at the time refused to call a manager and was downright rude and arrogant. He said it's a manufacturer defect and there's nothing I can do about it. He basically told us tough crap once you leave the store you're screwed. Never will shop here again. They've lost a regular customer and I'll make sure they lose more. I promise the fog and smoke shop that I will let every one I know and every one I don't not to deal with these crooks. FYI Fog & Smoke Shop: refusing to accept return of a defective product is illegal. Federal law requires refunds if the product is defective. I'm not talking about small variations or cosmetic defects. I'm talking about a REAL problem with the product's safety and functionality that conflicts 100% with the product's advertising. Your employee told us the vape was good for 10,000+ vapes. It didn't even make 10. I believe this store knows this product is defective and is trying to get rid of this merchandise. Lots of options to choose from, including dry herb vaporizers. -They've got a sofa, TV, a small counter with stools and iPads that I didn't use, and the shop part. Then they've got in another room a pool table and what looks like a bar! When I asked about it, they said they're going to be turning that section into a bar for customers. I am rather impressed; I've always wanted to find a shop that served alcohol and had pool tables. -I had bought juice there yesterday and, being in a chubby gorilla bottle, it exploded all over my lap and my vape in the car last night after they had closed. I took pictures and saved the bottle just in case I was given a hard time about asking for a replacement. I called today, and they said "Oh don't worry about the bottle and photos, we'll replace it for you. Do you want an empty 60ml as well?" I was thoroughly impressed. Didn't even ask for my receipt. -Staff is super friendly and seems quite knowledgeable. -They offer a punch-card rewards program! Neutral: -Prices are alright for what they're selling. At least for juice and dry herb vaporizers. I didn't take a look at the hardware prices. -I've seen better rewards programs at other shops, but I've also been to (and worked at) shops that didn't have any at all. Cons: -Rather a small store. I do hope they expand!!! -Parking lot is awkward to get out of, but that's not their fault. The location is an odd one. Again, not a con against the store though. Conclusion: This place has a lot of potential, not to say it's not great now. The guys there seem to know their stuff, and they're not stingy about replacing juice due to Exploding Chubby Gorillas. I'll have to see how the place is after the bar is open; then it'll probably be 5 Stars from me, especially if the prices and drinks are good!

The guy behind the counter talked down to me, told me I "had to spend more" to be worth his time, and then had the audacity to suggest I call friends to borrow money. Excuse me? I had the money -- I just wasn't about to hand it over to someone who's rude, condescending, and clearly doesn't understand how customer service works. News flash: insulting customers is a terrible business strategy. There are plenty of liquor stores where the staff isn't arrogant and doesn't act like they're doing you a favor by ringing you up. Blackberry Crown is hard to find at times but there is no reason to price gouge folks in Leesburg, Florida.
