    If you want a shop that remembers your name and treats you like family, this is the one. By far the best shop in the area, always stocked with what I need and more. They even price match and when they don't have something, they order it and keep you updated on when to pick up. But what makes this shop different is the environment- I usually spend at least 1-2 hrs here after purchase, hanging out with the awesome staff(s/o Justin, David, Mikey, Gab & Chloe, too!), playing nostalgic games on GameCube (they have a SNES, PlayStation and Xbox 350 too!) Smoking is something I've struggled with for years, living in New York will do that to you. It's wild how much quitting can change your life. It helps to have people who know what they are talking about and relate. My Tarot Baby is a game changer, and I owe it all to the vape queens (and kings). Thanks so much guys!

    Enter the world of vaping... Closing the door of cigarette smoking and entering a new lifestyle isn't easy. However upon coming across Queen Vapes reviews on google I knew that the place for me was there. I wasn't disappointed. Let's start with the decor and vibe. You are entering a place of fun. Enjoyment. Friends. A place where you are welcome. And very supported in your decision to quit smoking. A big hoopla made to the fact that you are turning in your last pack of smokes (even with one cigarette left!) for a free bottle of vape is exciting and celebratory. I was helped by Michael to start, and he explained the process.... He didn't overwhelm me and at step one of choosing a pipe he helped me choose one that had two sets as I travel and would always have a backup. Things were goi g along great when my day went to awesome when Debra the owner arrived. Her bright hellos and greetings to everyone made me smile. Her warmth overflowed and her graciousness, friendliness and helpfulness moved me. I felt that she had a personal commitment to the fact that I wanted to quit a horrible habit, and she took her time with me (even though I was a done sale!) and engaged me. She continued to help others in the shop as well and her heart is all over that place. Wait- did I mention the fierce art and decor of the place? Well - it rocks! The place is sublime and I am looking forward to an upcoming juice bar in the lounge. Fast forward a couple of days, the struggle is real people! However she and I text and she maintains the big sister/sponsor role and I am not smoking. Today I am going over there to try adding a little more nicotine into my mix as I may be struggling a bit with the withdrawals. Oh! The flavors! All organic mixes with yummy flavors, ranging from my cigarette taste and I got a little minty chocolate as my calorie free treat. This journey is not an easy one, and I honestly cannot say I would have still be on the wagon if not for the Vape Queen! Thank you!!

    Amazing customer service! I am new to vaping CBD so I had a ton of questions which were excitingly answered by the cashier (sorry I don't remember his name ). He was very informative and enthusiastic about their products encouraging me to ask more questions if I had any. Which i did about which products i could use (flower, pre-rolls, vape, ect) that wouldn't make me test positive for THC and such. He provided me with a look at a couple of brands of vape juices that they carry and let me know he could add CBD to the juice at $10/100mg CBD. And that they had in-house vape flavors kind that I could do the same with as well, kind of like a bar like experience picking your choice of cocktails. He was not pushy trying to hype up their in-house brand products only which made me feel super comfortable! I ended up going with their in-house flavors which were hard to pick from because they all smelled sooo delicious! I ended up settling on Strawberry Sunrise (Strawberry and Mango) and adding 500mg CBD which cost around $55 total. And I purchased a Smok Novo 3. I originally came in for the Novo 4 which they were sold out of, but he told me great things about the Novo 3 and why it might be better for a novice like me who doesn't know much about coils yet. So far my vaping experience has been great with my new purchase. I do wish the that I could taste the yummy flavor a bit more instead of just smelling the aroma, which I feel like with some disposables I've purchased in the past like the Puff and Joy brands had more taste that I love. But I am going to check back in and see if there is any way to increase the flavor or probably just add CBD to one of the ready made brand juices. Also since I am just visiting the area, i asked for some tips on where to get good food and he went above and beyond with providing me with an array of recommendations and writing them all down as well. Overall great experience and I'll be back for sure!

    This is the best Vape shop for miles! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and courteous! They helped me in getting a new vape, and learning how to set it up - all the basics! I have come back multiple times for their house juice, and they're always so helpful Not to mention the store is gorgeous! I posted a picture of my new vape, and just a tiny bit of the juices they have available. Vape Queen really is a great spot! It's a cool place to hang out and meet new people and I'll be back for more!!!

    Huge shout out to the owner! Went above and beyond with a situation and made it right and because of that has a loyal customer in my boyfriend...thank you Debra!!!!! now the boyfriend has the mod he likes and is still cigarette free! Thanks!!!!

    I don't get the 1* reviews. We walked in 10 mins before closing and were greeted warmly. Served by Josh & Nick both patient and considerate. There was no angst it was calm and lots of people hanging out etc

    The most amazing Vape shop I have ever been to with the most knowledgable staff. The art on the walls is so inspiring. The owner made me feel at home, came out and greeted me and told me her personal story. The place is so clean and cool I never wanted to leave. The music made me want to stay the company they keep makes you feel at home. Everyone is so helpful. They make their own house juices. It's worth it for me :)

First, I want to thank my family and everyone helping spread awareness about what happened at this Miracle Leaf location. I'm going to explain everything exactly as it happened. On Saturday, May 9th, 2026, I stopped at the dispensary to pick up an order and was told my prescription had expired and needed to be renewed. I first called the Pembroke Pines location because it was closest to me. Jessika, the receptionist there, was extremely professional and helpful. If you need to renew your card or prescription, go there, not here. The only issue was that the doctor was not there that day, which I understood, so she helped me look for another location with a doctor available. Pembroke Pines was running a Mother's Day promotion that would have made my renewal $50 cheaper, but I chose to pay the extra $50 at the Davie location because I believed I could get a same-day appointment. When I called Davie, however, I was met with the rudest receptionist I have ever spoken to. From the moment she answered, she sounded annoyed that I even called (as it turns out, she was annoyed because she only had 10 minutes left on her shift). She told me the doctor had already left and the earliest appointment would be Tuesday, May 12th. I reluctantly scheduled it as a backup plan. At no point was I informed I would immediately be charged $149. I believed I was simply saving my card for a future charge if I attended. The entire reason I chose Davie and paid extra was for a same-day appointment. Had I known I would be charged that day for a Tuesday appointment, I would never have agreed. I only realized after receiving a Square receipt and checking my bank account. Within 2-3 minutes, I called back because I already knew I did not want the appointment. I was able to cancel it immediately, but I was told I would have to wait until Tuesday, May 12th, when the owner was in, to receive my refund. On Tuesday, I called 10 times during business hours. My mother called 3 times, and my partner called once--14 total unanswered calls on the day I was told to call back. After no response, I went to the Davie location and found the doors locked during business hours while the "open for business" sign was still up. At that point, I sent a detailed email explaining everything. Despite being charged without clear consent, having $149 tied up for days, and dealing with rude interactions, I remained calm and professional. Shortly after, the receptionist called me back furious because I mentioned she was rude in the email. She began yelling at me and my partner, interrupting, speaking over us, and eventually hung up. She did process the refund, but only after all of this. During the call, she said things like, "It's illegal to make false accusations," and "When you gave your card info, that was consent to charge you, so this isn't my fault." The situation left me extremely distressed. I have a medical prescription for anxiety and depression, and this only worsened it. After seeing my condition, my mother called to ask why we were being treated this way. Before she even identified herself, the receptionist answered rudely again. (This could have been any patient calling for help renewing their prescription, yet the attitude remained the same.) Once my mother introduced herself, she was also yelled at and told, "You guys are being so extra right now, I already refunded him," before being hung up on. Ironically, the receptionist did not realize she was speaking to someone working within the court system. Because of the unprofessional and hostile behavior, we will be escalating this to corporate, the attorney general, and pursuing legal options. No medical patient should be treated this way. To be clear, this is not about Miracle Leaf as a whole. I've had positive experiences at other locations, especially Pembroke Pines. This issue is specifically with the Davie location. (Edit: They claim I was informed of the charge and requested a price match. I dispute both. I only asked if they had the same promotion, not for a match. My issue is that I was never clearly informed I would be immediately charged $149 for a future appointment. Everything stated here was already in my original review, and I have nothing to hide unlike this "establishment." Their response will be below.)
