Definitely the best vaping store in Broward!! I have tried a few of the big chains and not only are they overpriced but are only interested in the purchase and good-bye!! You have no idea what chemicals are in their juices and If you have any issues with their products they tell you to come back when the manager is in... which is never!! I was very happy when Vape Queen opened in the neighborhood and I was able to find a place where I felt at home with a beautiful ambiance and vibe. People go there after work just to unwind from their day. The owner and employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and will not only sell you the products. They will actually teach you how to use and maintain them for longer life etc. In the yearand a half I have been a customer I had an issue, due to my misuse and Debra was kind enough to give me a new one without a problem. She understands the concept of keeping your customers happy and that alone made me very happy. I have become a real vape enthusiast and have recommended many friends to this place!! I am a very loyal consumer and in return I like individual treatment wherever I spend my money. I now live at the beach and drive 30 min to Vape Queen to take care of all my vaping needs. I wont put myself thru the horrible experiences I had with many other vape stores in the past. I guess is like having your favorite hairdresser or manicurist !! It's been about 2 wks since I been there, Well I noticed there were some new workers and they also have a repair corner AWESOME. As always I seen the regulars and of course The Great Nick( he"s awesome) was doing his thing. So this new guy starts helping me being I was cashing in on some points for a free bottle of juice I wanted to try something different, so I started to ask to taste different flavors and the phone rang, instead of this big asshole telling the person on the other line he was with a customer he decided to have a 20 min. Conversation, after he hung up, I still wanted to taste some new flavors but he seemed like I was bothering him,so I just told him to mix some flavors with 10mg. Of nicotine and he told me they machine only does 11. I Love This place but I think I'm going to look for something a lil closer to home. To drive 25 mins. and to be rudely ignored is not my cup of tea. I think I am going to Give these new guys a chance to learn some customer service and what product & flavors there selling before I decide to take that long journey again. The best of the best. I've been involved in the vapor industry for a few years now and have been coming to vape queen for my personal vaping needs since the day they opened. Customer service is top notch, they sit with me and make sure whatever I am thinking about purchasing would be right for me and even went above and beyond trying to get one atomizer to work on a finicky box I own. Had an incident with a bottle disappearing and the owner stopped what they were doing to go through the cameras for nearly an hour to get to the bottom of it. Turned out to be an honest mistake but it's that kind of attention to detail I love in a store. Juice selection is pretty good but there is always room for more in my mind. They really shine at their building station which has anything and everything you could ever need to make the mod of your dreams and the guys there can make some pretty great stuff if you ask for something to be built for you. All in all, there is a reason I drive 30 minutes to pay retail at Vape Queen rather than pay half price at a closer wholesaler every week. read more

Out of all the vape shops around I always make sure to go out of my way to come here whether its for something as simple as getting a new pod for my vape, new juice or even buying a device i come here and only here. The customer service is absolutely outstanding and they even get to know you and know what you like and don't. Great spot, had passed by a few times while hitting the Firehouse Subs next door and finally made the leap. New to vaping but already on a mod and sub-ohm coils. Wanted to try some new flavors. Vapetender was very helpful, allowed me to sample a few juices as well. Love the tablet menus, real cool. Great layout, comfy and inviting and they even allow kids! I can't comment on pricing but I didn't see anything too crazy. They also have a reward program, spend $75, get a free juice bottle. Not sure what size or brand you can choose from but still, I like the loyalty program. I'll definitely be back, seems like a real nice place to chill and vape, looking forward to checking out some of the events they host. If I had to nitpick, I'd recommend carrying some other top juice brands(no Jazzy Boba, or Teleos was on menu for example). read more

First let me start by saying that the crew that works there are top notch. Everyone is super friendly and they are knowledgeable and extremely helpful so even if your new to vaping these guys will have you 100% set up and vaping before you leave the store. Speaking of the store...the atmosphere is great . Very clean, nice laid back/chill vibe, has a vast supply of e cigs, mods, and accessories , and they have a juice bar that is phenomenal where you can try all types of e juices until you find the one that's right for you. I dont understand the negative reviews. I have never felt ignored by them and they have always been extremely professional and curtious to me. All i got to say about this vape store is..best around, I've been to a few and they most didn't know much about they're product, sucked when it came to building your mod, and just felt like they shouldn't work there. Complete opposite of vape queen. They have the a huge selection of top name liquids and also have over a hundred of their own made liquids which are just as good. I come all the time on my lunch break cause the staff is so friendly and helpful. One of the best shops in south Florida Hands down. Over 200 house blends. Along with an entire wall of premium juice that's constantly being updated with new flavours I was living in Tampa when I first discovered this shop.
