Everyone there from the staff to the members were really friendly and inviting and willing to help with any questions . They also have a bar in the members lounge with a bartender and plenty of seating. It was a really cool place to sit and relax while enjoying a cigar or two. What a disappointment! They have lots of cheapo cigars that you can buy at Cigars International-- lots of bundles -- but the 3 sticks I bought cracked, were brittle and tasted stale. It that's not bad enough, the lounge was a small office like room with 10 office chairs and 2 ashtrays sitting on a dining room table. Very uncomfortable and weird setting.
