This review is for the S Alpine store! Thanks to Brandon and Austin, you guys helped me with a battery and honestly helped me out a lot. I appreciate what you did Austin, and thank you Brandon for assisting. All of VNJ is super professional, customer service is always top notch and the products are great and the selection is just incredibly vast! You can find any flavor here I feel like! Anyway have a good day and everyone hit up VNJ! UPDATE, Ian and his team at the E State location helped me when I was in a major jam. Ian went above and beyond to keep my business and help me with my situation which was super important to me. Vape N Juice always cares about their customers. Even though they are business minded, that never comes before doing what's truly best for the customer. I've seen that time and time again and that's why for YEARS, I continue to do business with them. Thank you Ian!! PS It's cool to see how much your customers love you when I'm in there! There are only good vibes when working with VNJ read more

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST VAPE STORE IN ROCKFORD! The selection of products is incredible. They have everything from reasonably priced starter kits to top of the line authentic mods. They offer an in house juice in something like 64 different flavors that is far superior to any I have tried (and paid significantly more for) There's even an in house premium dripping juice that's 90/10. I cannot say enough about their customer service. The owners Adam and Jeremy are always there and incredibly helpful. The whole staff is very knowledgeable but doesn't treat you like you're stupid like some shops I've visited. Their business is geared toward both beginners who are looking for an alternative to cigarettes and experienced vapers who are wanting the latest hardware. I highly recommend you give them a try, you won't be sorry read more

this is for the loves Park location. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location over the last two or three years. i've never had any issues with anything or anyone until today. I recognized a new employee and not for good reasons. there were two employees, one helping another guest and then this guy. this guy stands there, took his time before he said with attitude ," what can I get you.. buuud? " after 5 minutes. I ignored him because I wanted to wait and be helped by someone else. he muttered something under his breath and repeated himself. I said "no thank you I'll wait". he said something under his breath again and i said something rude back. then he comes from behind the counter and goes to a back room while passing me and talking smack. when I had something to say back, the hero cashier with the moral high ground made me leave. good luck with that yattone guy, im done with vape n juice. read more

I BANGED the mom of the guy behind the counter on Alpine, her coochie was decent asl

Came here to avoid having to learn about coils and shit on my new vape rig. Went there with it, asked about coils. Person working looked at me and said, "yeah we got that". Get home to use it, hardly even close to the same size coil. Now there is juice on my couch, and I still don't have any fresh coils. You go in these places even though they cost more to save time on buying stuff on the internet and getting the wrong stuff. Yet here I am, with the wrong stuff AND overpaid for it. read more

I'm from Texas. In Illinois to visit family. Forgot all of my gear back home and My coil gave out and need some supply's bad. Joey and Ian were amazing and so helpful and so welcoming. They took care over me in very well fashion and were extremely informed and knowledgeable about Their products. They hooked me up with some really nice gear and made me a h*** of a deal. For anyone who is passing through the Rockford area or just looking to shop online I highly recommend this store. P.S. I'M CHAD IS THE SHIT! IF YOU DONT KNOW GO ASK THEM RIGHT NOW! read more

Good guys here. Definitely friendly and not a bunch of pompous assclowns like other vape shops.

5+ stars. If you are getting started vaping, trying to quit smoking, or just need a great shop, this is it. They are knowledgeable, organized, honest, clean and helpful. They helped me pick the perfect vape to start my journey, and provide excellent support and help with whatever you need. I visited the Loves Park store a week after I bought my vape at State street, and it's really nice. They have a pool table and "vape" area. Super clean and organized, so well set up. Best vape shop I've visited. read more

what great customer service went there to replenish my juice and had an issue . They made sure that I was happy and we're extremely kind and helpful. The issue was my fault by the way. I rarely write reviews and if I do it is when I am dissatisfied. I don't think I have ever been so satisfied with the customer service I recieved. I left very pleased with the service I recieved and I would highly recommend this establishment to others. Thank you guys very much. read more

They always have what I want. They have a solid set up for testing flavors. Unfortunately I had to run into the one smart ass working at 10:45 Saturday night. I was caught off guard by the price of a replacement glass for my tank. . Huge mark up. I understand The complexities of a brick-and-mortar store but being disrespectful to your customer does not make them want to come back. Moronic clerk asks me " do you want to receipt with your large purchase?". Maybe he was trying to impress the girl standing there.. joke or not..I would not want someone like that representing my business. read more

I walked in to Vape-n-Juice as a complete newb. The guys there were incredibly helpful and informative. They asked about my tobacco uses and described the various options that they thought I would be interested in. It wasn't just about selling me expensive gear, and in fact they tried to down-sell me on the cheapest starter kit in the store. I ended up going with a ~$40 kit, which they assembled and filled for me as well. They showed me how to use the device and told me how to maintain it. They also let you sample any flavor in the store at the "flavor bar" (for lack of better term). Their attitude toward me was more about helping me quit using tobacco then it was about making money off me. These guys are great and the store is a fun place to visit. I will be going back often. I wish more stores operated like this. read more

Best vape shop in Rockford or the Parks hands down. I refuse to go anywhere but here anymore they are my favorite. The loves park and Rockford locations are both superb. Highly recommended you won't be dissapointed. They have everything that you need. The owner is awesome too just hooked me up on Thanksgiving with replacement glass for free and said happy thanksgiving so I could vape on this wonderful day. Keep in mind he also did this while they were closed he drove there and unlocked the door just for me so I wouldn't start smoking ciggarettes again. VAPE N JUICE FTW read more

Best joint in town! Staff friendly, store very clean and selection awesome! Keep it up

Great vape shop, large selection of juices and great customer service. I bought my first mod here, my goal was to quit smoking. All of my questions were answered and the employee went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. read more

-0 stars! If I could give this terrible establishment less than 0, I would. Their customer service is highly rude. The workers don't explain how anything works. All their stuff is faulty, or dies out within a week. Don't go here... they just take your money and run. Go to other vapor shops that actually care about what they're selling to customers, and properly explain how each item works... not just handing it over and saying "There you go. Your total is $$.".... Vapor Company, Resistance Vapor are the two best I've been to. They are worth every penny, also considering they're usually cheaper, too. read more

Went to the one in Loves Park to get some supplies for someone else. The person behind the counter that was helping me was vaping and blowing smoke in my face as I was trying to tell him what I needed. Not sure on why he felt compelled to smoke right at that moment he was helping someone. I did not think it was professional at all to be blowing smoke in someone's face especially a customer. Not impressed at all. If he needed to vape he could of waited the 5 minutes it took me to get the supplies. It wasn't like it was busy- I was the only one in the store. Will not be going back to that vape shop again. read more

I went to the one located in Janesville, WI. Sadly I was not pleased. I normally smoked about a pack or more a day Newport 100's. I told the guy I wanted something that had menthol in it...Something close to that of a Newport. Well I got something with very little mint in it. Crushed Candy...I do not recommend going to this location. read more
