There were girls working here the day I went and they were very helpful and informative and got me all set up on my first rig. Amazing staff and owner! I feel welcomed every time I go in there. I knew nothing about vaping but wanted to quit my cigarette habit after the CA tax increase. I decided to give vaping a chance over the patch or gum. Both the owner and staff answered ALL my questions, never made me feel stupid for not understanding, and suggested flavors and gave samples before I bought. I never felt up sold as they recommended what they used but if I looked at cheaper devices I feel they gave the honest pros and cons. I ended up going with there original recommendation. I have now quit smoking for over three months and am enjoying my vape very much. I go in at least twice a month to get new coils or test new flavors. Guys are friendly and welcoming every time like I'm a brand new customer. Also they have a rewards program. Let me start with saying i been to many vape stores around the area, and by far vape it easy was the one that stood out the most. From the very moment i walked in i was greeted by a very kind gentlemen by the name of AJ. I originally came in to taste one or two flavors. However Aj was so patient and very kind that i was comfortable to try out a variety of flavors without feeling rushed, or a bother to the staff. This usually happens at other vape stores where you ask to try several flavors and you get a smirk from the employees.
