Took off the plastic rapping and the Pen doesn't work, won't charge even turn on. I felt like the young lady who sold me this PEN might of known that this product might be unreliable. Because when I asked about if I had issues she stated that they have a no return policy. So, in all good conscience I can't recommend going to this establishment again. I appreciate the fact they offer military/veterans discount. But I rather patronize a place that at the least would offer an exchange. So, the Pulsar site has a 6 month warranty I've been in contact and they are sending a new TAP hopefully, they'll stand by their product.

Every single time I visit this shop I am astounded by the wide selection of juices they have- there's ALWAYS a new flavor to try! Vapor Depot carries such a large breadth of juices, many of which I cannot find at any of the surrounding vapor shops in south Jersey. Each juice is always available for sample so I always know I'm gonna enjoy the juice that I buy. Just like their juices, Vapor Depot has quite the wide variety of hardware that is sure to please anyone looking for their first or a new setup. Aside from their incredible range of juices and hardware, Vapor Depot's best quality is their experienced and knowledgeable workers. Quitting smoking was ridiculously hard and the staff at Vapor Depot was there to support me and answer each and every question I had. Once in a rush I visited a competitor's vapor store instead of Vapor Depot in hopes of getting a question answered about a new box mod and the workers there rolled their eyes at me. Vapor Depot and their staff have never thought any of my questions are too stupid to answer and have ALWAYS met my expectations of wonderful customer service. If you are someone who's quitting smoking or someone who's been in the vape world for awhile make sure and check this place out!

I didn't have time to really shop and browse but I plan on returning to see what other items they have. The store was bright and clean. It was like walking into a candy store. That in itself made a nice impression on me. I was assisted by Bob. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He completely sold me on a very nice and inexpensive vape pen by explaining all the pros of having it versus other brands. I didn't need to ask a lot of questions because before I could think of something, he already had the answer! I'm completely satisfied with my purchase and I WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!!!!

If you order on line and do actually need to contact them for some reason and want to discuss an issue with a human - forget it. They flat out *will not* talk to you. For a while, they used an extremely problematic age verification system. I literally struggled with it for hours. They didn't seem to understand the problem using email and simply would not talk to me not matter how much I pleaded with them. I nearly gave up to look for a new vendor. After months of emails from me, one employee finally helped resolve the issue but still never spoke with me. The age verification system has been updated and works well now, but the experience was off-the-charts frustrating. This was strange since, in every other way, they've been exemplary. I found it in sharp contrast to a company that gives you a free toy with every order.

I even went with his suggestion on type after he asked about preferences. Which btw was High Society with a very reasonable price and awesome quality. Their wares also come with a discount for us vets and spend $50+, they lay a freebie on you. That's once a day, so no stepping outside, walking in, and dropping another Benjamin.
