I honestly didn't appreciate it. Then he goes right into how his stepdad died today and he didn't get his mom to the hospital in time. Sorry about that but having dealt with cars salesmen, it was an odd mix of things to have thrown at in the first 3mins of walking in the door. Seriously. The was the first 3mins. I needed a new rig and said I liked Voopoo, which I saw in the case. So, of course, he insisted on hyping up a non-Voopoo rig and really did t want to let it go. I said I preferred internal batteries and he tried to sell me batteries. Then he gave me a free battery case for the batteries I don't use. I told him straight out that I didn't appreciate the hard sell. And kept it up. So I left the free battery case on the counter and left. He wasn't going to listen to me anyway. BUT...if you want a place that will tell you what to get, this is a great place.

I simply can't say enough good things about this place. It simply does not get better than this place. Period. The selection and the people!!!!! They are simply THE BEST. Period. The people--ALL of them--are beyond nice and so caring and helpful. I can't count how many times I've been here and I've never once had an experience that wasn't absolutely wonderful. They take their time and truly care to help you find what you're looking for, and that says a lot when you consider the hundreds, if not thousands of different options between flavors, brands, and then the actual type of product! I've tried vape shops in a number of other cities including Chicago, Seattle, NYC and SF and Ive never found a place that even remotely compares to Towson Vaporium. I've been Yelp elite for I think 8 years (so I review and check in to a lot of different businesses) and if I had to make a top 5 list, of all time, this place would be on it!!

I walked up to the store and noticed it was closed, but opened at 12 noon. I looked at my watch and saw it was 11:58. I parked my car a little down the street so decided I'd move a little closer and wait a bit. About 6 minutes later I don't see any movement so I give the store a call. "Hello?" "Is this Harford Vape House" "Yeah" "Are you guys open?" "Um, yeah, I'll be open in about ten minutes." I go and buy some cat food up the street. Then I return and see a guy unlocking the front door. I follow him in. I tell him I'm new to all this and explain what exactly I am looking for. He offers me something not at all like what I am looking for that is a bit more expensive. Whatever, I'll buy it... he begins the process of rummaging through boxes, opening unopened boxes, explaining they've been "swamped lately" and all the while I'm looking through the vape juice selection. It seems pretty weak, and I start to tell him what I'm interested in. Something fruity? That sounds nice. He offers me something cinnamon flavored. Then a lady walks through the front door and asks if they have "coils" and he begins to help her. He walks into the back to look for her coils. She apologizes to me. I leave. A little farther up Harford Rd is another shop. At first glance it appears they have 100 different flavors. I tell the guy what I'm looking for and he explains that they don't really have anything like that, but tells me about a product his dad uses that would be perfect for me. I go out to my car and within 5 minutes have ordered the device online. Once I get it I'll be going back to this second store for any future needs.
