They sold me a bad pack after they advertised it so much..they're extremely overpriced. I was irritated because the pack was riddled with stems. I brought it back and the little man said "oh yeah they gave you a bad pack" and then turned around and said "we can't take them back" as he tried to charge 10.81 for backwoods...sir how you promoting stuff and know it's trash? Anyways..I will not be back. Could've saved money and my time. Just go to Valero up the street. They didn't take into consideration that we were regulars and always came with good vibes. As many shops as there are out here I'll make sure to NOT drop by this one. It's crazy because I bought the pack and came back within 30 minutes to let them know it was not good and a waste of money. The way the two dimwits shrugged their shoulders and scanned the pack of backwoods that I HAD REQUESTED before but they encouraged this new product as if I wanted to pay AGAIN was outrageous. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I'd rather drive 30 minutes to Alief and get treated right for a better price.

I went with my friend to purchase her new electronic cigarette. I had never been to a place like this. It is stocked with every imaginable thing. Hookah, electronic cigarettes, incense, everything you would need. I'm not very familiar with these items, but it was interesting to see all this stuff. It was like a new world. Greg was extremely helpful. And they are open 24 hours. I suppose my review doesn't help much, since this is not really my world, but I was impressed. read more

Like this store a lot most shops don't even go out of their way to help you find what you're looking for especially in your price range. They even went as far as to give me 15% off for a more expensive product that I wanted. Even though I didn't do it, it's just that customer service that goes a long way. If I can rate 0 starts I would. This place is a shit show and the employees don't know shit, especially about their own store policy. I bought a vape to return along with the flavor to use for the vape. Before I left the store the employee set up the vape for me and showed me how to enter the flavor. All great. However, the vape was not what I expected. Very hard & no matter what number setting I placed it on.. it was very harsh to smoke. So I came the next day to return, just to find out the store doesn't do returns. Which I I understood and accepted their return policy. I was told I can exchange for anything in the store, but I didn't know what I wanted at that time. I just told them I'll come back& was told that was okay as long as within 60 days. I come back & an employee that was there didn't know the policy, and said he needed to call the manager to call and get it approved. He was never able to get in touch with anyone (which makes no sense because this store is 24:7, so what does the employee do in case of an emergency?) but anywho, was told to come back because he didn't get the approval he needed. I said no problem& came back two days later. When I came back it was ANOTHER employee who didn't know how to do an exchange. She then had to call someone & I was told I cant even exchange because "there is nothing wrong with the product" lmao. She then called someone else who said I can exchange the vape just not the flavor. Which makes 0 sense. If I'm allowed to exchange a vape that has been used, why can't I exchange the flavor that I never touched? It was a $20 flavor that was opened by the employee to set up my vape. It was still full and clearly untouched. I then had to talk to a manger who still didn't approve to exchange the flavor & his reasoning was it's in the policy AND they can RESELL the vape but can't resell the flavor because it could be contaminated.... But you can take my USED vape that my mouth has clearly been on lol. Disgusting. The "policy" is posted nowhere nor does any employees explain the policy. So you're pretty much just stuck with whatever you buy, so my only advice would be to make sure it's a 100% true purchase for yourself because you'll get hell trying to exchange anything. I was def excited about this new place directly by my house, but not anymore. The customer service is horrible. I'll just continue going where I normally go. Thanks but no thanks. I can understand you not being able to sell the flavor again, but really? That's a $20 loss for your store. You could have damaged that product out. But that goes go show this place is money hungry and just want your money. Not to mention this place is expensive... $7 for 1 small hookah flavor. But that's a topic for another day. Haha read more

No one was hovering over us, or trying to push us to buy certain ones. I could have spent some serious time and money in here as there was so many options. They also seemed to have something for everyone. From mild to strong and price points from high to low. I'm looking forward to coming back and actually hanging out and relaxing.

They're very popular for Warhammer, so there's a ton of product for those who play, and several tables set-up with many people playing all afternoon next to us (the 'playing hall' is pretty large!). They also have an aisle with board games for sale, and a counter with TCG products. Restrooms are spacious and clean. Instead, I got pushback. At one point, I was told I could leave a Yelp review for 25% off, which felt more like they were trying to manage their image than actually fix the issue. After going back and forth, the best they offered was $10 off. This whole situation cost me time, gas, and unnecessary stress, all for products that didn't even last a full hour. Customer service should stand behind what they sell, especially at higher price points. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here.
