After 3 attempts to get a hold of the adjuster almost a week later he told me her policy expired in January; mind you this was April of 2018-He told me I needed to call the person that hit me for updates on her policy. When I asked him why I would get assigned an adjuster and claim number if she wasn't insured, he told me to call the insurance company and hung up. He was rude, unwilling to assist and have called back to this company numerous times for clarification and no one is able to assist. Very poor customer service.
