I've been using Vante Tax Service since my sister introduced me to them about a decade ago. They've been great. Susan is professional and pleasant. She leaves clear messages and tells you exactly what you need to they state clearly that if you drop your papers off too late than you will have to file an extension and take any consequences. She always asks all the questions needed to get me the biggest refund. Their hours are clearly announced - if you want a 24/7 place go elsewhere. DO NOT retain this company. It is impossible to get ahold of them by phone, their business hours are erratic, and when you go to the office no one is there half the time. Very unprofessional. They do not respond to voicemails and took months to file our taxes, we were even penalized for being late. We were scammed! VanteTax has all of our tax forms and they never filed! I've been trying to get a hold of Susan for weeks! I've called countless times. I've left voicemails, sent multiple emails, but unfortunately have gotten no response to anything. I'm reporting them to the BBB.
