I personally once got a stroppy lecture from them because I bought my car from a different dealer and I also got some serious surliness from a salesman after I decided not to buy the car he wanted me to buy. Unfortunately this was probably the most expensive garage I've ever been to, and once they had fixed my starter motor they then presented me with a long list of other things they needed to do to the car, the cost of which came to about £1500. I was really upset and worried as this was back when I'd just started driving and didn't realise that garages do sometimes do this in order to make more money! I ended up not letting them do any of the work and had an MOT shortly after which the car passed with flying colours-so it can't have needed all that stuff doing to it that urgently! Overall I'd say a decent garage in terms of quality of work but not in terms of the bank balance.
