I had originally made an appointment to do just an Exterior Detailing. I only noticed later that there was a special running for a Full Detail. I asked him if it was possible for me to upgrade to the Full Detail package special. He said it would be possible. There was clear communications about costs and any surcharges (pet hair and/or very dirty vehicles). I really appreciated this as I didn't want to be caught without enough cash. Rich arrived a little early (better early than late in my opinion) and we did a walk through of my vehicle. He is friendly and professional. Explained everything to me. I have WeatherTech mats, and he informed me that cleaning those were included in the Full Detail package. He finished within the 3 hour estimate. My car looks brand new inside and out. I'll be recommending to my family and friends. Addendum: I got gas later and noticed that Rich even cleaned the interior gas cap area too. That's really great attention to detail.

I asked if they could come just do my car seats (it's not part of a package) and they said yes! It was $100 and they don't usually come out just to do car seats, so I REALLY appreciate it. Chady arrived early and finished super quick, in like 40 minutes. Super fast, affordable, and very efficient! Very friendly and awesome customer service. Extremely pleased with the results! I haven't seen my car seats clean in that long, haha. They don't usually come out just to do car seats, but I REALLY appreciate that they did. Super, super awesome results and amazing car service, highly rated- WELL-DESERVED 5 STARS! I would call them again if my car needed anything! Thank you so much, Supreme Shine Mobiling!!

I cannot say enough good things about Auto Pro Detailing at the Fremont location. We drove a bit…read moreout of our way to get to them, but it was completely worth it. We brought our Rivian to them for a PPF wrap, Ceramic Pro coating, and 3M Crystalline window tint, and the entire experience was exceptional. Right from the start, their communication stood out. We did a lot of back-and-forth via email before booking, and they were always incredibly responsive and helpful. That same great energy carried over when we dropped the car off--they are just as friendly and welcoming in person. What really set them apart was their honesty. They didn't try to oversell us at all--they actually down-sold us on the ceramic coating! They took the time to explain that since we were already getting the PPF, we didn't need the longest-lasting ceramic package. It is incredibly rare to find a business that prioritizes the right recommendation over making an extra buck. The quality of their work is top-notch. The wrap and tint were absolutely spot-on, and their pricing is very competitive. There were a few minor areas that needed a quick follow-up later on, and they handled it perfectly. They were completely hassle-free and dedicated to getting everything looking flawless. Because they are a family-owned business, you really get that personal touch. The brothers who own the shop are extremely kind and hands-on. They even went completely out of their way to help us clean up a little accident our puppy had in the car! If you need detailing, PPF, window tinting, or a ceramic coating, making the trip to their shop is a no-brainer. Highly recommended!

I make the commute and meet his other brother Byron and his team and I asked to have the seats and floors professionally cleaned and for $400 he delivered, and even cleaned the engine area looks brand new again. I had to wait two sunny days for it to dry, but now I have my confidence and integrity back with the current state of my car. Thanks guys! Only one spot I forgot to mention to have cleaned, it was on the roof fabric above the driver side front seat, but I blame that on me honestly. Great job guys! Ya'll are my go-to for this kinda job! See ya next time I need your help again. The only thing I regret is not taking before photos. I am getting a Honda Civic 2015 detailed at this moment (9:56 AM 4/8/2026), and am waiting for the call to pick it up. They provide plastic seat covers that you can use to keep a layer between your clothes and the freshly shampoo'ed seats, and leave the windows cracked when the car is idle, and turn the windows all the way up (close it) during highway driving (to prevent messy debris flying into the freshly cleaned car). It took my 2015 Prius about 2 days to full dry, but I got lucky with two hot sunny days in a row. Not sure how long the Honda Civic will take to dry with potentially cloudy weather expected for the next few days. Will update ya'll in a second review for the Honda Civic.

Honest work, but the business model is a SCAM. Two things to watch out for:…read more1. Complimentary exterior car wash passes do expire and are enforced 2. When you email to cancel membership, they cancel asap and don't extend for remainder of month. (Ie. membership renewed on 1st and paid $19.99. If I email to cancel membership on the 10th, the membership ends on the 10th, even if the expected end date is explicitly mentioned) Tldr; Took my wife's car to Lark location since I was in the area. She had cancelled the monthly subscription but still had these complimentary passes from the initial sign up. The lady at front gate said the pass was EXPIRED. She scanned the barcode on the dash acknowledging the prior membership and said I can renew for $1 the first month, but no complimentary yellow passes. She handed me an orange placard written "$1 Fast Pass" that I placed on my dashboard and allowed me to proceed without paying instructing me to wait at the end for someone to process my renewal (not smart on them). After, I'm greeted by the manager Pablo based on his white uniform. I roll down the window, he takes the placard, scans the barcode on the dash. He's standing there looking at his tablet and I ask how his day's going. No response. A minute goes by and he tells me to wait longer, goes back inside, comes back out saying I'm not eligible for the $1 first month, contradicting the words and actions of the lady at the front said. Here's how the conversation roughly went down: "sir, the lady at the front said $1..." no response. "how much are you asking me to pay?" "$19.99 for the month" "okay...how much for one time wash?" "$22..." "but the lady at the front said $1 and handed me that card..." no response. I hand him my card. "I'll pay for the $19.99." Returns card. He leaves. I leave. Was in a good mood. Still am in a good mood. I was having a pretty good day, but now it's a slightly less good day. I'm always under the assumption people aren't stupid; this wasn't Pablo's first rodeo. That lady at the front was a future Pablo in training, so sad. Classic Car Wash knows what they're doing which is why they're still in business. It's a shame because the hardwork and dedication of the employees working the floor are undeniable and it's trademark how they wave at the end every time without fail. Even as I was waiting to get scammed, one of them continued drying the backside of my car. I'd tip that man $20 alone for that attention to detail. But I don't like being disrespected by being told one thing by someone and then being told another thing by someone else after the service is done and subsequently ignored. The lack of accountability at the management level is my confirmation that their membership system is deceptive by design. I know this business responsive and there's a customer support line, but they'll be dealing with my credit card company. Anyways, here's the business model for those interested: 1. ALWAYS promote the membership plan - "Did you want to sign up for our membership plan today? No? Did you know that for a limited time we're offering [insert offer]" - Their website doesn't even list prices for one-time washes. 2. Hand out complimentary car wash passes like candy - Previous years, I was told they don't expire. This year my wife didn't recall them mentioning an expiration - My wife signed up May 30, the expiration (pictured) is April 27 - Who washes their car 3/6+ times in a month? 3. Customers hand out these passes to family and friends 4. Naturally, many of the passes "expire" - Expiration never explicitly mentioned by anyone or anywhere on card - Since many people don't need a car wash right away, they wait - Since people only go when it's convenient so they wait 5. New customer arrives at the car wash, repeat step 1 6. If existing customer like myself, get mislead and scammed like me
