I purchased a van here in the beginning of july, it's now the end of September. I was promised that I'd have my title in a week, it's now the end of September and i still haven't received a title. I have no way to register the vehicle they sold me. I have received zero communication from them, i have had to call them to get any information. Each time i call, the rush me off the phone without any progress on this issue. Now they won't even answer my calls. I will continue to post this daily until my issue is resolved. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We bought 4 vans from them over the past 4 years. ALL 4 VANS HAVE BLOWN ENGINES. ALL 4 VANS HAD TRANSMISSION ISSUES - 3 REPLACED. ALL 4 VANS HAD EXHAUST ISSUES - THE ENTIRE SYSTEM REPLACED. I called the owner to explain the situation and he wanted me to bring the vans to him, which is 45 miles away and not really an option. At the time of my interaction with him we had two vans with blown engines and his response was that these motors last forever and it must be us. We have purchased vans from other sources and not had these sort of issues. Their vans are terrible - I believe they are getting Comcast vans that were driven in the City. I bought a 20 year old van a few years ago with very low mileage. i had a few repairs that were required over time and the last repair was two years after I bought it. The owner, Ira, acted like I just bought the van the day before. Ira took the time to listen to my problem and within two days, he had scheduled the lengthy repair to be performed. Being a day without my truck is a financial drain and Ira understood that and always did the best he could to accommodate me and help me out. Over the years I have met all of the mechanics and have to say that they all act like they are part of a family business even though they are not. I highly recommend Ira, David, Brian, the mechanic and all the mechanics. Brian made sure I had the truck back quickly and did an expert job. It is hard to find honest mechanics and I always felt I was treated fairly and honestly. read more

Year after I bought the vehicle, I got a flat. No big deal, stuff happens. Coldest day of the year. Vans Vans Vans didn't equip the van with a wrench for the jack so I used a regular wrench to slowly jack up the vehicle. Then I get to find out they gave me the wrong spare! Tried to like this place and give them a positive review, but they screwed up on multiple levels and this was the last straw. No concern for the safety of their customers. Stay away. read more

Still spending for repairs after I bought a ford van from these cheats. Lets see, rear leaf springs-$1200.00, front brakes, with calipers $720.00, alternator with belt-$500.00, windshield wiper motor-$215.00, rear differential seal replacement-$150.00, and front shocks-$280.00, total is a whopping $3065.00 in repairs, and thats besides an initial $750.00 tuneup. Oh wait a battery too-$120.00, so $3185.00, BEWARE these THIEVES, go anywhere else. The first van they'll show you will be all rusted out, you'll see. Don't give a damn about previous customers. I was referred to Vans Vans Vans by one of their repeat customers who gave me a highly positive recommendation. Ira and his team are straight forward with no nonsense (the way ALL used car/truck dealers SHOULD BE). Ira and David have been selling used vans for a long time (Ira is been doing it for ~40 year), and you don't stay in this type of business and grow a positive reputation unless you are treating your customers right and selling a good product. Unfortunately my circumstances changed after I place a deposit on a used van, and I had to postpone buying it. David was understanding and graciously refunded my deposit. You get what you pay for! We purchased a total of 5 vans from them recently over a 3-4 month period, all vans were between $5000 and $6500 with roughly 150,000 miles on each. So far 4 out of the 5 vans transmissions have blown and needed to be rebuilt(roughly $2700 each to fix), 3 vans have needed a new alternator, and 3 vans have needed a new battery. 3 of the vans broke down on the highway and we had to have them towed. We had owned all 4 of the vans that blew a transmission for less than 60 days! If you want a van that you know you are going to have to invest another $3,000 in for it to be operable than by all means buy from them, otherwise stay away! read more

This place is so dirty. The owner is really cheap. Like Dave said he buys cars in auctions and resets the check engine light then rips people off. Stay away from this place. The owner is a thief. Read everything carefully before you sign anything his "warranties" are shady and ask for carfax because half of the vans there where totaled before. read more

The place looks a little rough when you visit. I needed to get a work van. They give the Carfax free on every vehicle. There are signs everywhere for Carfax. You should study the reports and history of the van and then make a decision. The van I bought was a corporate fleet van that was in an accident. I have put 10,000 miles on it without any issues. I probably could have haggled more with them but I didn't have the time. So far so good. read more

Please read this entire post before forming an opinion I purchased a 2000 GMC Safari from IRA From the start we had issues with the transmission First the all wheel drive was not working I dropped the van off and Ira fixed it When I got it home there was a massive leak in the transmission After 2 attempt to fix it they decided to put in a larger transmission cooling unit After which we realized the transmission was not shifting properly After a failed attempt to fix that tissue It was decided the van needed a new transmission Ira ordered and installed a new transmission and I am happy to say all is well The end result is although it was quite an inconvenience to continually bring the van to Ira's shop which is an hour from my house and leave it for a couple of days at a time, the bottom line is he stood behing his vehicle and did whatever it took to make it right A very rare quality in a used car dealer read more

Gets vans at auction for dirt cheap with known mechanical problems, takes them to his little abandoned gas station garage, resets any check engine lights that are present, sprays a little bit of paint to cover up anything major and sells them for a HUGE profit. and they act like they are doing YOU a favor!
