Recently opened and catering for the 'sk8ter' boys & girls. They are a elongated shop with a clinical regimented feel. Strange as the demographic they cater for would like to show that they are anything but.
The clothing is loose, over-sized and funky. That last word possible describes my age and non suitability for this shop. I used to be quite a 'Vans' kind a wearing cool dude, but somehow the current selection is not inspiring me.
Shoes are a little too uncomfortable, the shirts a little wide and the boarder short a little too long.
They are still a popular brand to be worn and observed in, and I do say that the girls and boys serving in the shop are particularly suited for this. - Too cool for skool I guess. I doubt Tony Hawk is their role model - more Bieber.
Prices are reassuringly expensive, so when you are seen with a shirt or shoes, your mates will know what effort you (read: parents) went through to afford all that clubber.
There were one or two items that piqued my interest, but it dropped very soon after reading the price tag.
In all I think the shop is suited well and fitting for the 'bois 'n grrls' , but the slighter more mature or grown up 'dude' will possibly look elsewhere. read more
