The nice man at the front was very ecstatic about helping us with our purchase - he definitely sold me some birthday treats with the cake. He also gave us a free sample of some dog food, after rebate. Having such a lovely environment in this cute little shop can make anyone feel very welcomed. The man at the front did just that; he has excellent customer service and truly helps people out! We'll definitely be back soon when we have a birthday again!

However, your employees need proper training on how to respond to an injury with urgency, compassion, and clear communication so customers feel reassured and supported. Your manager appeared unsure of what to do until I raised my concern about taking my dog to the vet. Being handed a single cotton ball and asked to provide an update while my dog was bleeding did not make me feel that the situation was being taken seriously. That is why I described the handling of this incident as unprofessional. I appreciate the reimbursement, but I also need you to acknowledge the distress this caused and explain how you will prepare your staff to handle situations like this in the future.

The groomer, Lee was very patient with our dogs. She said our puppy even fell asleep during the grooming. She sent us pictures of what had been done and also the before and after pictures. This groomer has a little play area that your pup can walk freely in before and after their appointment.
