I understand that Valentine's Day is one of the years busiest for floral arrangements but what I…read moreordered to what was received left me speechless, and not in a good way. Nearly fell out of my chair. The floral arrangement is not as advertised per their site. I have ordered online many other times from other vendors and can acknowledge that the arrangement may differ slightly. BUT, not only does the arrangement look like it was rushed but the vase does not even match. Even the bow that was done just looks messy and rushed or last minute, granted your online picture doesn't have one. I am including a side by side picture I was provided on delivery to what I ordered. Just very disappointing. If they didn't have the same items, an email or a call could have been done to make sure any adjustments made are acceptable. On top of this false advertisement , most of the Peruvian Lillie's came dying. Attached is picture taken on 2/15/23 for reference. Seems fresh flowers were not even used, yet the site emphasizes it. Even if the picture is the extra-large arrangement, based on what was received and the description, the overall presentation just is wrong. I chose the establishment based on location and pictures. Suffice to say, this will very well be my first and last time ordering from here. I was so dissatisfied, I had to purchase another arrangement. Not sure they will respond to the email I sent yesterday, so decided to help other buyers avoid my same situation by sharing my experience.
