I have visited twice in the middle of the day and it is crowded...I can't even imagine what it is like on the weekend! The quality of clothing is questionable, but I have not had my pieces long enough to comment on them. But, I do have a friend who recommended the store, so that is saying something, right? Regardless, you can get some wardrobe staples here. Camis, tanks, and short-sleeve shirts are super cheap and perfect for going under the sheer or loosely-woven clothing. There are styles for everyone too! From super casual, to business and dresses, there are lots of options. I had to return a few things since I got the wrong size and it was very easy. Just go into the level with the men's clothing and head to the back. As long as you have the receipt, the items are obviously not worn, and you return them within 28 days, you won't have a problem. The customer service there was very friendly. But elsewhere in the store can be hit or miss. Yes, clothes might be thrown around, but it hasn't been too bad when I visited. It is a store with cheap clothing and accessories that lots of people visit, so it is bound to be a little messy!
