I work really late hours, so I was so happy to find out that this Loblaws is 24/7. It's a fairly…read morelarge Loblaws, with Joe Fresh, household decor, as well as a Goodlife Fitness upstairs. I was really impressed with how stocked the produce section was. It looked like everything was just freshly stocked for the weekend rush. Another thing that caught my eye was the floral section. Rows and rows of beautiful, fresh flowers that were beautifully presented. One thing to keep in mind when going so late is that the aisles can get pretty packed with overnight crew and merchandise on pallets, so it is hard to navigate through some of the aisles. Another thing is that they had their speaker system so loud, and I understand they were using their speaker system as a way of communication with other overnight staff, but every couple of minutes you had workers yelling into the system. Total headache. Although this is not my closest Loblaws, its pretty convenient and legit. I will be definitely heading back if I need to do late night shopping after work.

Their food selection isn't as big but that is because it isn't one of the main stores I was told. That is ok though. They seem to always have what we need and is on sale. I called the shoppers at 3pm on a Wednesday to order my medication and the pharmacist tells…read moreme "no problem sir, we have your meds available and your meds will be ready same day tomorrow". I take 4 different meds so I made sure to specify which one to the pharmacist. Unfortunately I couldn't get in the Thursday since I had last minute appointments scheduled so I had to come back on Friday. I usually get a text for when to pick up my meds but nothing so I assume that it will be "ready" on Friday. I come on Friday at noon on my lunch to find out they filled out the wrong meds!!! There was only one pharmacist on the floor!!! The meds they gave me was one of mine (keptra) but not the right one. I look in the bag to find they filled out 3 months worth of the wrong one. As the pharmacist looks in the back to try in fill the right meds(cenoblamate), she tells me that there's only has 50mg tablets and not 100mg and that she only has enough for two weeks. Once done completing my order she makes sure to order more meds to get them as soon as possible . It's a new med for me and she tells me she can only give me 2 weeks worth of the 100mg pills at a time when they have them. Why am I aloud to get 3 weeks Kepra but only 2 weeks or less of cenoblamate!!! I always get the same problem every time I walk in to the pharmacy for the 3 months of kepra vs the rest of my meds!!! As we finish the debacle, she wanted me to pay for both bags even if iit clearly states that my work insurance pays for it!!! I was so mad to the point that I wanted to talk to a manager. There was no manager in the building!!! wtf!!! Was told that the 3 bank street location are used same management. So she had to call him personally to know if I can get my meds under coverage. After some technical asking back and forth I didn't understand, they got fed up and let me leve with both bags for free. As I walk out I notice only one cashier and one employee in the makeup department. Don't you guys have training on everything!? Like shouldn't you come help us cashier? I had the same problem for two months with my other meds vs kepra!!! wtf!!! There was another 15 people behind me. I can't hendle this!!! Hire more staff or get your fucken shit together or I'm changing pharmacies!!!

It's a pharmacy and is fairly small, but it's clean and neatly organized. They have a small selection of convenience store items such as snacks and drinks. They even have packaged sandwich bread. They obviously have prescription drugs and over-the-counter drugs and the usual drugstore items. Staff were pleasant. Super convenient for residents of The Beckett and if you live nearby and need a drugstore. Street parking only. (62)

Some cashiers are fine at their jobs, but the management, and customer service have a deep misanthropy and hatred for customers so that you know they hate you and want you to go away. The prices are unbelievably shameless and Loblaws despises you for shopping there. Loblaws is a misery and this store is peak misery, at least for Ottawa. We can hope for the demise of their enterprise sometime soon to free us from Roblaws' grossness.

I asked her a couple questions and she seemed to be knowledgeable on the products and was very professional. She also gave me some samples to try out so I'm excited to try the foundation samples she gave me. Overall this shoppers is one of the smaller ones. But it has a post office which is always nice. And the post office staff are always SUPER nice and professional no matter how busy it Is. They also have self serve cash out which l like. I don't overly love the layout of this shoppers but it gets the job done.

The pharmacist on duty refused any supply, offered no alternative or next step, suggested I needed mental health help in a way that felt dismissive, and walked away while I was mid sentence. When I asked for a name so I'd know who I had dealt with, I was told "none of your business." I'm sharing this so other patients know what to expect, and I've filed a formal complaint with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
