Update Feb 2, 2013…read more They did come by today and both men where very polite and professional. They did a great job and were in and out fairly quick because we have a small bungalow. Other then the problem with their fleet I have to say that is understandable and I would use them again. Previous Comment: This company had a Groupon in the fall for duct cleaning. We bought it and booked for October. They left us a voice mail to cancel. We left a message to rebook and asked if they would honor the Groupon we didn't hear from them for a week. So we contacted Groupon for a refund and then First Call called us back and booked for December. Well two days before we were scheduled they called us to reschedule for February. I would not recommend them at all. I am not sure if they are trying to avoid us because of the Groupon or if they really are that bad to deal with either way it is no good. Maybe in the summer we'll get our ducts cleaned but for now we will have to wait.

The staff were incredibly good at communicating and were very professional. I was also happy with how good they were at cleaning up after themselves, with their willingness to come back and fix any thing (or remove anything) forgotten or left behind, and with their service when they returned to set up the air conditioning in the spring and when they cleaned our ducts. I am happy to become an ongoing customer with their good service.

Things started out good. They arrived on time and got busy moving things. David even called for…read moreextra help. Then he told me they would have to leave to go do 2 other jobs. Yes without finishing mine. He complained constantly about how much stuff I had. What did he expect with a 2 bedroom + den apartment? I did tell him I'm the furthest from the elevator and yes that took up extra time. He actually said "You'd think she could take the small stuff in her car" to which I replied "My car is already full." He said "Oh you weren't supposed to hear that." I'm paying you to move so stop whining. It's your frickin job. They ran out of shrink wrap and one of the movers asked if he could use mine and they're reimburse me. That later was an issue. David and his crew left around 2pm and said they'd be back later. Hours and hours go by. He finally calls asking if they could do the last of the move tomorrow. I said No I have to be out of my apartment by noon. He was aware of that yet he seemed right PO'd like it was my fault. Said Fine we'll be there in an hour and half and he hung up on me. They finally show up at 11:30pm and David tells me they're not going to put things in the house where they belong. They just dump it in my garage. So now I'm left to find someone else to move my table, chairs, tv stand, arm chair and other large items that they didn't move. His excuse was that he can't be working until 1am. Well dude maybe you should learn to schedule moves better. I was beyond furious. David is a con artist and liar. When I booked the move, he said he used to work for the govt of AB but then the day of the move he said he still works there and he could quit his job and easily make more money. Well he doesn't work for the GOA and hasn't for many months. David is no friend and I suggest you find other movers. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the people he employs were good. I'd give David no stars if I could.
