The worst attorney's office we have ever dealt with on a real estate closing! And we have done many. Poor communication, the proceeds were not distributed properly, waited last minute to send documents after telling them multiple times we would not be at the closing in person, to please send the documents for us to sign. Took almost two weeks to receive funds, and then they weren't the correct amount. HORRIBLE!! Much better attorneys in the Hickory area!! Will never use again, nor recommend. read more

Let's start with the wrong county, the correct paperwork, when I questioned why my address was labeled Caldwell County and I live in Catawba County I was told by the law firms notary it did not matter. Moving ahead it did matter. Another lawyer had to correct the mistakes of their law firm which was discovered by a real estate state lawyer. It was corrected free of charge n I was told my agreement was done so basic that she had not seen nothing quite like that . I thought I was protected after I paid for this law firm to draw up paperwork for me I really was not . The real estate lawyer corrected the mistake on the paperwork n had it recorded free of charge acknowledging it was not my error it was the law firms . This was the Hickory office . At the lenoir office before I knew what I knew I sent my bf there to consult with Mr.White months went by never got no answer to the real estate questions , going on year two still not heard anything so I guess they are "still" Looking into it and at this rate my bf will be 60 before he ever gets an answer . I would never recommend this law firm. Unfortunately I had to deal with the other real estate lawyer on my late father's estate and if I had not I would have never known about their half a$$ work. We used this attorney to do our closing on March 24th, 2025. We purchased our home, and the lot next to it. When reporting to the titling company and GIS this attorney office failed to report the lot next to it as being purchased by us as well. I first contacted them on May 8th to report the issue, the lot I'm supposed to own and that I'm paying for, is in someone else's name still. Every time I call them it's like I have to start over explaining myself the issue to these people, have been told "well we've just been super busy". By telling me that, you're basically telling me your other clients are more important. They even lied to my wife and said "our phones was down an entire week". I guess they could care less considering they've already collected their money on the closing. I wouldn't use this attorney office for nothing, I hated to post this review but enough is enough, nothing else is motivating these people to help us now since they've already got our money. read more

Our Homeowners insurance was not paid by the Fleischer Law Office to the correct insurance carrier (no confirmation call was made and it was not overnighted, as requested, but sent regular mail to the wrong company). Instead of wiring the money to ensure our home coverage and make things right, they stated we should pay it (after it was figured into our closing costs). I would not recommend this firm for a stress free home transaction. read more

Well...lied countless times about their communications to buyer and seller. They really are piss poor at maintaining a calendar for closings and communicating at all with the people paying them. This law office owed me a refund of my earnest deposit after a contract cancellation. After weeks of my waiting to receive it, they claimed they were still holding onto it because they didn't know where to send it. When I complained that no one at the law office indicated any problem or question around my address to my realtor or to me, the receptionist on the phone said, "Believe me, we don't need your f#@$ing money." I was shocked that she would speak so unprofessionally, as I did not curse even once in the conversation (even after she chose to lower her language to that level). Then after giving her my mailing address, I asked her to read it back to me, to ensure they could not again claim they didn't know where to send the check. The receptionist then hung up on me. I finally received the check after over a month of fighting for what was rightfully mine. And I never received an apology for the way I was treated or spoken to. Beware of unethical business practices and terrible customer service at this law office, to say the least. read more
