We just bought a home and sold one in Jupiter and hired Tom Hughes to represent us on both deals…read more To start, he listed our house and sent out the most professional photographer ever to take the photos and drone shots (does your Realtor use their iPhone to take listing photos of your largest investment? Time to call Tom). The pics were so good I asked if he could take our family photo! Anyway, we sold that house in one day (with 5 offers to choose from!) after multiple showings that Tom arranged to all happen in a three hour window. This kept us from having to deal with multiple showings over the month or two it typically takes to sell a home in this market. We also sold for well over our asking price too. Tom then found us our dream house a few miles away, and positioned us to get first dibs on it as another multiple offer situation was brewing. We got the house, and six weeks later we're moved in. Throughout both transactions Tom was always calm (I was not...) and pragmatic, never getting riled when the other side did something we didn't like. He answered his phone any time of day or night to answer my endless questions. He treated us as clients, not just another commission check.
