On the day of the appointment I booked the afternoon off and was ready for my appointment. One minute after it was supposed to start I received a text message canceling the appointment because there was no SLP that day. I expressed my frustration and the staff lied about calling me 3 times and did not apologize. That was their last chance. Thanks for wasting weeks of my life waiting for undelivered services. Go anywhere else!

Yesterday I called them in the afternoon, but nobody answered the phone, so I left a message on their website hoping that they could reach me back later on; however, I didn't hear anything back. So this morning I called the number again, and a lady answered my phone. I was surprised that the lady didn't speak English well, nor did she show any warmth or enthusiasm when doing customer support/service. She said "Hi" to me at the very beginning, but that's it; I didn't hear anything like "how are you", "thank you" or "goodbye" throughout the conversion. I had planned to use their service for sure to improve my speech; however, I changed my mind after this call. There is no way for me to trust a speech therapy service provider like this.

'Don' was referred here by his doctor for treatment on his feet to help with severe dystonia that causes severe pain and that making it hard to even walk. His first visit was hopeful as his PT let him know he would be able to help and the first thing they would do is fit him for much needed orthotics. Next visit, PT gave him temporary orthotics and asked him to come back the next morning to receive the new ones that were being made. Next visit, examined his feet, applying pressure at specific areas that were supposed to relax his dystonic feet. When the PT was unsuccessful, he told Don that it was impossible that his feet continued to cramp and thought he was faking it. He then told him he would not be receiving orthotics because the temporary ones had not been as effective as he thought, stating, "There's no way I'm approving these to your insurance as I don't see them medically necessary." As he checked out they gave him a pamphlet on where to buy special orthotics on Amazon. He checked the website and these special orthotics don't even come out on the market for another 5 years. I will spare you the rest of this experience, including voicemails, etc., and Don's refusal to go back. Someone dealing with a neurological disorder that is physically debilitating and misunderstood disorder has a hard time with the social consequences everyday. If you don't have a clue what you are doing, don't blame your patient for your lack of understanding. It can have lasting effects on someone that isn't given a lot of hope.
