Eco Exteriors did a great job of installing new gutters on my house in North Vancouver in 2018 -…read morethey were friendly & efficient, their price was more than fair & the finished gutters looked good & worked very well. Fast forward to this January when the downspout on my 3 story west facing wall was blown off in a major windstorm and I found it lying in my garden. I'm a widow in my 70s & even if I had a long enough ladder I couldn't fix it myself so I called them expecting a significant service & call out charge. Between COVID & the staffing problems all contractors are having today took it them a while, but two weeks ago they showed up put it back in place and added extra brackets to make sure it didn't come down again - same excellent work as the first time and no charge ! Now that's customer service - if you live in North or West Vancouver & need gutters I highly recommend them

We highly recommend Kerrisdale Roofing and Drains…read more After the atmospheric river that hit the Lower Mainland in 2022 flooded our basement, we hired Kerrisdale Roofing and Drains to replace the drain tile around our home. They also replaced our sewer and grey water lines all the way out to the city's collection lines under the street. It was a major project, and their team handled it professionally from start to finish. One of our biggest concerns was that the work would require excavating around a large, well-established garden. The crew took great care with our property, carefully protecting plants and restoring the garden when the work was complete. We were extremely impressed with the attention they gave to both the technical work and the restoration afterward. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the team kept us informed throughout the entire process. We always knew what was happening and what to expect next. More recently, we brought them back to repair a drain line in our basement. The job required jackhammering the floor, excavating a new trench, replacing connection hardware, and restoring the concrete floor. Once again, the work was completed to a very high standard. What stands out most about Kerrisdale Roofing and Drains is their communication, professionalism, and commitment to doing the job right. Tim and his team were knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to work with throughout both projects. Their drainage expertise is second to none, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional service. Thank you, Tim and team, for another job well done.

I hired Northern Concept to do renovations on my home last year. Shawn, the owner, is a great guy:…read moreno nonsense, straightforward, will tell you point-blank if something will work or won't. He gave us some great ideas in our initial consultation and talked us out of some stuff that was either too expensive or just not worth it. Communication was timely and excellent. Project was completed on time and on budget. Shawn takes full ownership and responsibility for the work his company does. His workers are all insured and covered by WCB. We had both a plumber and an electrician (sub-trades recommended by Shawn) work on our house, and they both did quality work.

I purchased aluminum fencing to secure a swimming pool…read more They provided fair pricing, fencing was well made and delivered on time. They have a beautiful portfolio of fencing, railings and gates - I would contact them again, especially for more decorative services. My only comment is that I would have liked to have been offered more options. Upon installation I realized that they didn't have self-closing hinges on the gates (which is code for swimming pools). I assumed they would know and would have self-closing hinges already. And I would have chosen fancier gate latches, so I'll be replacing the basic ones soon. Bottom line - they do great work and are nice people, be specific and ask questions and you'll be very happy with them!

The men were very courteous when arriving at our residence. Knocking at the house prior to starting work to let us know they were there. They were extremely knowledgeable, and notified us when they found any extra deficiencies pertaining to our roof. Informing us prior to any extra work or what the extra cost would be. They gave fair value for their services. The only issue I had was not with the workers, but the truck delivering the supplies as the driver they contracted didn't know what he was doing and drove on our lawn, very minor skid mark though. However I was very surprised as to how professional the Holland Roofing Services were, as I didn't even have to mention it to them, and they came and levelled the lawn and reseeded the very next day. When there work was completed on our home they left the place immaculate. They arrived with vacuums and any extra or additional debris was cleared up flawlessly. Although the bin was taken a day to early the guys took all the left over remninants of garbage in their truck away. If you want exceptional roofing for your house to be done. I highly recommend you guys giving these guys a call! :-) Thanks Holland Roofing Services,
