I am so pleased with the job Paul and his crew did for us today! I know we weren't an easy job:…read moreThey removed a very large tree from our small front yard that was hanging precariously over the house and trimmed a second large tree that had grown itself into a hot ugly mess! The end result is amazing. This is a very professional outfit - showed up right on time, had the trucks, crew and equipment to do the job, and and left the place spotless. No surprises in the end - priced exactly as quoted.

BEWARE OF COLLATERIAL DAMAGE! I met Cory Robinson earlier this month to discuss some tree work…read more We walked out property and quickly came up with a plan. Several days later he arrived with his crew and got busy with the issues we discussed. Our rear yard is not accessible with equipment so it was a hands on project. So far, so good. The problem began when they decided it was necessary to use a truck and rope to help pull a large tree trunk down so it could be sawn into smaller pieces. To be fair, the work we agreed on was completed as expected and done in an afternoon. Here's where I have a problem. When they used the truck to pull on the trunk, they did so from our NEIGHBORS front yard without my knowledge and without permission from anybody. The result was large, deep ruts and obvious tire tracks on the lawn. I pointed out the damage and he promised to repair the damage to its ORIGINAL condition: level surface, seeded and straw. What we got was a few little bags of topsoil which didn't put a dent in the damage. After several texts to him, he kept promising me he would have it completed "the next day " which obviously never came. SO, now I'M stuck with the repair and cost to make the neighbors whole again. (Through no fault of my own) Cory and his crew are nice guys and I might use them again but just beware to check carefully before he leaves. Guess I better get busy.....

Daniel and his crew were very courteous and prompt and did a very good job in removing some trees…read more I was on a strict timeline when these had to be removed. He kept me updated during the whole process and was on time when he said he would be there. I can't recommend him and his crew enough! Would use them again! Bill S. Beavercreek, Oh.

I worked with F and F tree service to remove a pair of trees from my yard. The price was very good…read more They arrived promptly and went to work on both trees at the same time. One required a very special lift to get up to the top of the dead ash tree that had multiple power lines around it. The crew was professional. They estimated that it the job would finish in one day but it was impacted by another customer who had a tree fall on their house. They came out the next morning and removed the stump. After they left some things need to be pointed out. 1. Ensure you specify what must not be damaged before they start. 2. While they were prompt they were not as organized as I had expected. Small things like they forget to bring cans of diesel to fill the equipment. The rake to sweep the street. 3. My neighbors mail box post was badly damaged, I repaired it. The could have trimmed more of the section that they dropped to prevent it from hitting the mailbox post. 4. I am not sure of the long term issue but normally some mulch is left on top of ground up stumps to allow for settling. This did not happen on either tree. Finally the bottom line, I would recommend them to anyone need tree work done and I will likely have them come out and top my maple this fall or next spring. Bryan in Beavercreek

We found this company on yelp recommendations for tree services. We contacted them at 8:00 in the…read moremorning and asked if they gave free estimates, and specified that we did not want any work done till we had a quote and confirmed. They arrived with in 30 minutes of the quoted time. After looking at the situations, we asked for a quote for just tree cutting (cutting the fallen tree to manageable sections) and one quote for complete removal. The complete removal was quoted to be $1400. I said that it sounded great and asked him to please send me a written quote to ensure that the price and work expectations will be the same. He said okay, and asked me to text the email to him. Within roughly less than 3 hours, and 4 exchanges... he finally sent me a written quote of $2100. When inquired if it was an error, he texted back and said "It's not a mistake; sometimes it happens when you look for several quotes and then you make a decision" 10:20 I texted my email to him as requested at the end of meeting 11:50 He texted me and that he sent the quote. He only sent for cut only, not for cut and haul. So I immediately asked for a full clearing quote. 1:09 I get the quote for full clear and asked if it was an error - much more than discussed 1:19 he said "It's not a mistake; sometimes it happens when you look for several quotes and then you make the decisions." A company that literally jacked up your price because you were shopping for a quote - is not trustworthy to perform work without written quote.. Would not recommend work without written quote for buyer protection. We did not have them waiting for an unreasonable amount of time by any stretch of the imagination - most of it was waiting for them to send me written quotes. Pictures just to give you the idea of how interested I was and really wanted a written estimate.

We reached out to this company for help with cutting down two trees on our property, and while…read morethings started off professionally, the experience quickly went downhill. After coming out in person to assess the trees, they provided us with what seemed like a solid, straightforward quote. We scheduled the work based on that agreement -- only for them to come back later demanding a higher price ($400 more) and insisting they also take the cut wood that we very clearly said we wanted to keep. They used to excuse for wanting to take the wood as there reason to not complete the job. As if that wasn't frustrating enough, communication completely fell apart after that. They stopped responding, never followed through on the revised plans, and ultimately wasted our time. We rearranged our schedules for their availability, only to be left hanging with no explanation. Professionalism, reliability, and honest pricing matter -- and unfortunately, this company fell short on all three. I would not recommend them based on our experience.

Subcontracted a portion of the work out only to then tell us they "botched" it and would be back. After returning, the work was still not completed. However, they did manage to slice through an electrical line that Wright Way was informed about. Wright Way left their broken down equipment in our driveway for a week despite our repeated requests for it to me removed. Also, left the ground up debris and mulch sitting in our yard for over 3 weeks. Two weeks after promising to come out and then not showing AGAIN, we advised them we would handle clean up and they could adjust our bill.
