Just had them out to help put up our new curtains. I sent an initial inquiry yesterday afternoon…read moreand was scheduled for this morning. Super fast response. Pricing was decent as well for handyman services. Everything went smoothly and I'd work with them again. The only thing I missed was a time window being relayed to me. I got a call about being a bit late, but I didn't know the initial arrival window to begin with, but wasn't a huge deal at all. Was friendly and super quick.

7/12/25 Aurora, CO: So glad I called a Handyman instead of an electrician! I have a few…read moreelectricians I've used before, so I had a few to choose from when my light fell down a couple days ago. But they usually can't fit me in for a week or two. Plus, if all went well with the light, I had a few more items I wanted to discuss, and they would require a Handyman. So I called Tim (Artsem is his full name, in case you've seen that in other reviews), he picked up first call, I explained about the light, and I asked how soon he could come? I said "Can you come tomorrow?" Now I don't know if he usually works on Saturday, but he said "Sure, how about 9 - 10am?" Worked great for me! So I showed him the light, thinking he would have to get into the attic to get "above" the fixture to replace the cup-thing it screws into, but he said no, everything is done down below. So he ran to Home Depot to get the correct cup thing, and knowing he was heading to HD anyway, I said "See this rusted vent? I tried to unscrew it and change it myself, but it's caulked on tight. Can you replace that?" "Sure!" (Add $10 to my bill. I'm happy with that!!) So I showed him another vent in the basement, and he did that one also. While we were at it, I asked him to put some wall anchors on a tall set of cabinets in the garage, and anchor it to the wall so that it never tips over. And I showed him where a hook on the garage wall fell down because I hung too many folding chairs on it. He picked up some extra long screws at Home Depot, and took care of that too. In addition, I thought that my ceiling fan wasn't working, and had him look at it. He found the problem quickly, and it's working again! Same thing with a lightbulb in the basement subfloor that wasn't working, he got it working again. So I am super happy to have found Tim, and I will 100% for sure be using him again very soon, because I have lots more on my Honey-Do list. Someone asked in the Questions section how much he charges: I believe his minimum fee may be $100. But it seemed that each little thing that I asked him to do (like replace the vents, anchor the cabinet to the wall, re-hang the hook in the garage), he priced at $10 each. I believe he said he charges either "$60 per hour, or a flat rate", like when my fixture fell down, he asked me to send pictures, I did, and he texted me a flat rate without seeing it in person, and I loved his price and said yes. For small items that are quick, like 10 minutes, would be about $10. (He does add on the Home Depot price of whatever he has to buy to do it, so $16 for each of my vents. Therefore, $16 + $10 = $26. Can't beat that! So be sure and find a few items that need fixing, and call for it all to be done in one trip. I was 10/10 pleased with his pricing, I felt his prices are low, but his ability and expertise is high!! Anyway, if you live in Denver, I would call Tim, and if it is something he has done before and knows how to do, I bet you are going to be super happy like I am!! Thanks, Tim!

Blown away by this great company and great people. I dropped off two mattresses which were only $20…read moreeach and actually do get recycled!! They take credit cards too. This is important because other more expensive pick up mattress services will discard a mattress to the landfill if they can't repurpose it which isn't true recycling. They recycle mattresses, foam, and bed frames. That means they can also recycle the foam squares that are used in gymnastics pits. Only $5 for a 90 gallon lawn bag. I was so excited about this I shared it with Wulf Recreation Center, Pinnacle gymnastics, and Tiger in Arvada. The owner, Chris, is the kind of person that you meet one time and remember for a lifetime. He volunteered at the Denver rescue mission homeless center for 12 years and created a company that benefits the environment and human capital that have passed rehab and deserve another employment chance. They offer drop off or pick up services. Salvation Army and Goodwill no longer except mattresses but they will only tell you about this resource if you remember to ask. Everyone should know about it! This is a very cost effective way to truly recycle mattresses and foam.

Mr. Joe Sanchez provided an exceptional product in a most efficient manner. I tried to find someone…read morelocal who could engrave a list of duty stations on a plaque for a service retirement shadowbox. Having previously contracted Mr. Sanchez for another project, a custom "no soliciting" sign, which I was very pleased with, I presented my case to Mr. Sanchez exclaiming that all other vendors I had attempted to negotiate this service with would not have the product turned around in time for the ceremony. I apologized for the short-fused request. He accepted the challenge, asked me several questions to work out the details of material, measurements and aesthetics. He had a draft turned around within 12 hours, and by next morning It was done. Result: "OUTSTANDING" He not only captured every detail, but chose materials and texture that I had not accounted for, which added a "pop" to complement the rest of the artifacts associated with the member's service. A job well done Mr. Sanchez! You are now "my guy" that I will be referring to for all matters engraving! Regards, Ramon Cuevas

I was a bit confused about where to enter as there is not a clear sign, but you want to turn into the large driveway just north of the brick and metal warehouse with the DENVER METAL RECYCLING sign. Stay to the right as you go up the driveway and park as close to the second large warehouse entrance as possible. If all of the spaces are occupied, follow the Exit sign around the far edge of the yard and you'll find additional parking against the fence. Once you've parked, grab one of the various carts and load up your materials. Get in the line by that second warehouse entrance. You'll come to a gentleman operating a floor scale. He'll check your ID, weigh the items, and give you a receipt. You then walk back to the first warehouse entrance and go in the small door where you'll find the cashier. You give her your receipt and she gives you any change that's due, then directs you to the ATM in the corner of the office where you scan your receipt and receive your cash. This is a busy operation, but all of the staffers were friendly, efficient, and helpful. We grabbed a cart, loaded up our items, had a short wait in line for the scale, weighed in and got our receipt, walked to the cashier, and soon had a very reasonable amount of cash. I wasn't sure what to expect, but this was a very pleasant and professional experience. Just watch out for forklifts!
