They were both so very nice and respectful, and went above and beyond what they were hired to do (a dresser was moved, only to reveal a big hole in the wall behind it. They located material to cover the hole, and installed it before they left). They did arrive in a hearse LLOL but that's just those guys - they are awesome!! :) My initial interaction with CertaPro was with Matt Gardner. Took him about 5 minutes to get the info he needed for the quote, and then we had a nice chat while he was working it up - hired them on the spot!! If you want quality, efficient and affordable painting done, I would recommend these folks 100%!!

0 stars if Yelp allowed it…read more This was one of the worst contractor experiences I have ever had. The overall quality of the work was extremely disappointing, and the level of professionalism and customer service fell far short of what I expected from a company carrying the CertaPro name. Communication was difficult at times, including language barriers that made it harder to explain concerns and get problems properly addressed. When issues were brought to management, I found the response lacking in empathy and accountability. Instead of focusing on correcting problems and making the customer whole, the emphasis seemed to be on defending the work, asking for additional money, and refusing to return the deposit. The workmanship itself was also very poor. Preparation, attention to detail, and the finished appearance did not meet what I consider reasonable professional standards. What was particularly frustrating was the apparent unwillingness to recognize the problems or take meaningful responsibility for them. A contractor should stand behind its work, listen to legitimate customer concerns, and make a genuine effort to resolve problems. That was not my experience here. Overall: a very bad experience from start to finish. 0 stars. I would strongly recommend that people think twice before hiring this company. In my experience, there are better choices available.
