I would always go there because they were a quick convenient option. Over the years I have just been disgusted with the quality & selection they provide for me to offer to my customers. I always wanted to give this place a try but it's kinda far for me to travel. Now I just incorporate the time into my working day or just go in a Saturday morning to pick up material. Since I switched over to Terry, I have actually enjoyed my work much more & my customers have noticed the difference in quality as well. The selection was incredible. The staff was knowledgeable and patient with us. They even made suggestions, but they were not rude about it. We found everything we needed at Kelly's. Since the boxes that held the rock were broken upon us making arrangements for pick up, Kelly's offered to deliver our supplies to our house with no additional cost to us. This is customer service at its finest! I would definitely be back and recommend them to my family and friends.

Sight unseen they called it a fissure. Does it look like a fissure? I don't know...to ME it looks like a long scratch. But nobody ever came to inspect it. I'm actually writing this review now as I have had plenty of time to cool off and write with honestly and not let my anger fully invade my writing. Feel like I was treated very unprofessionally. What company argues with a client over the phone like that? Very rude.
